Chose because of outstanding reviews. Broke a spring on my O/H garage door late yesterday. Called them at 6 a.m. this morning and had my door fixed by 1040 a.m. same day. Andrew M. was fast, professional and very knowledgeable. In an age where getting home repair professionals to your house takes days to weeks and are well over-priced, having Precision Door service break the mold is very comforting.

Called 1st thing in the morning about a issue I had with my garage door.. 2 hours later a service man was on site . Service man was friendly And solved the problem for me As well as pointing out some issues I may have a problem with in the near future. He was extremely helpful and informative

Thank you for coming out quickly when our garage door refused to close. We had exhausted all suggestions in the manual AND learned a handy override option. Hopefully new sensors mounted on ground will keep us from being exasperated by error codes ????

I called Precision Garage Door Opener Repair of Portland on a Saturday evening and a technician, Andrew, came out the next morning to repair my garage door opener. He assessed my garage door opener, gave me the results, recommendation and estimates. After I consented to the repair, he repaired it with new parts and within an hour, my garage door opener was functioning again! Andrew was professional, friendly and timely. I highly recommend them!

My garage door was pretty jacked up from the day we bought our house. I had been putting off the door because of price fears and laziness. The door finally jammed and I knew I was long over due. Made a phone call to Precision and they had me on the schedule the next day. So the next day has arrived and I was called a few hours early to let me know the techs arrival would hit the middle of my two hour window. It was accurate! The gents that showed up were professional and explained to me the options I had and their recommendations. I chose the more expensive route knowing I had neglected my door for years and I wanted some extra parts replaced. I really appreciated the experience from the initial lady who answered the phone to the techs making the repairs. Awesome service!

I couldn't believe that it only took 4 hours after my call for a technician to arrive and one hour after that, my garage door was fixed. We needed to replace a broken spring, bearings and rollers, and it's as good as new! Ten year warranty on parts (one year on labor) and a 10% senior discount! I have no way of comparing prices, but I'm satisfied.
