Ugh. Friday night and my garage door fails, with one car in, the other out. Seems as though the spring broke and, of course, the door is too heavy to lift manually. Called Precision Saturday morning, and not only can they be there in 2 hours but within another couple of hours, Joe has repaired the door, replaced the springs and upgraded my old, beater door opener. Precision's warranty treated us well....Thanks!

These guys are AMAZING! Hunter just installed a new garage door opener this morning. Hunter came prepared with three options for a new opener. He didn’t pressure me to buy the most expensive option. He presented the options and went with the option I chose. He made fast work taking out the old opener and placing the new one! I highly recommend this company!

I had a problem with my garage door that it was coming apart from the door itself and the arm from the opener. Luke came out at 11 am as scheduled and accessed the situation. An amazing company! Fantastic customer service. Same day service. Who does that anymore?! I called and two hours later Luke appeared to solve the problem.
