We jammed the garage door with the tailgate of our car. I called Precision and they schedule me right away for the next day. Robert kept me informed of his arrival. He did a through inspection. Offered three levels of repair/service. He had all the parts, completed the job and cleaned up. Robert was very easy to work with.

We had an overhaul on our garage door, including new cables. Our tech was very nice and easy to work with. However, our bill was $1085 which was somewhat shocking. After reviewing several other garage door companies, we feel like that was far more than what we should’ve been charged. We also found out the position is a commission based company. We would not call on them again as we feel that their prices are at least double other companies.

Prompt and excellent service. Richard was very knowledgeable and efficient in replacing the worn out door lock box and bearings and springs showing wear. He had to make an extra trip to the warehouse for the lock box. He did all this in record time!

When our spring broke yesterday morning and the garage door company, I've used in the past was closed, the first company that came to mind was precision and their commercials where they say "fully stocked ready to rock" - so I called. The representative looked at the booking calendar and asked how about now for them to come out. Robert (and yes, he's in the commercial) showed up in a matter of 30 minutes and was done an hour later. New springs, stranded cable and bearings done. Precision is the real deal.
