Robert was born and raised in Portland. A local boy through and through. He enjoys all that the PNW offers with outdoor activities and is often found on the river kayaking. He is an avid gardner but also enjoys to travel out of the state when the opportunity presents itself. He is married and enjoys life at home with his wife, dog and cat. He follows his NFL favorite team the Eagles. Robert comes to Precision with a background in the service industry and enjoys the interraction he has with both customers and co-workers.

Prompt and excellent service. Richard was very knowledgeable and efficient in replacing the worn out door lock box and bearings and springs showing wear. He had to make an extra trip to the warehouse for the lock box. He did all this in record time!

When our spring broke yesterday morning and the garage door company, I've used in the past was closed, the first company that came to mind was precision and their commercials where they say "fully stocked ready to rock" - so I called. The representative looked at the booking calendar and asked how about now for them to come out. Robert (and yes, he's in the commercial) showed up in a matter of 30 minutes and was done an hour later. New springs, stranded cable and bearings done. Precision is the real deal. I chose Precision Garage Door because my boyfriend had a good experience with them. When my mother needed to have her garage door assessed for either replacement or repair I knew who to call. Although it was late on a rainy day, Robert braved the weather and was able to answer all my mom’s concerns. I was very hesitant to hire Precision. I thought that with all of their advertising presence that they would be all promises and no follow through. I was very wrong. Robert called and apologized for being late. He wasn't late at all, just in the middle of the arrival window. Robert gave us many options, without pressure to choose one. He got the work done in a timely manner. We have had other repairs done, but this is the first time our garage door has really worked well.
