Our technician Jeffrey did an outstanding job! I unfortunately backed into one of our garage doors, and was unable to get my car out. He was able to straighten the door out, where we will be able up use it until our new doors come in. In addition, he replaced my wife’s 27 year old garage door opener during his call! Our garage was spotless after he left!! This is the second time we have used Precision, we feel no need to go anywhere else!

We just had an issue yesterday with our garage door that’s almost 30 years old. We called for an appointment, and first off much to our surprise they had an opening for that afternoon. Of course we said yes to that! The technician that came out Jeffery was first very nice, we started telling him what happened… and right away he said he'd look at it to see if he could fix it rather than a replace it. We feel like most places would go automatically to replace it for the money aspect of it all. He checked everything over for the safety end of it.,..told us he could fix the door itself. He then figured three different prices for us. He had a good, better, best prices, and what would be done on each one. We choose the one we felt was best for us, and he did a fantastic job! He was not only patient with us asking question's of him, but left everything clean, and showed us what to do in the future to maintain a good working system! We needed a service on both of our garage doors, plus a new opener installed on one of them. Jeffrey was a delight when he showed up, on time in the freezing cold, and was courteous, kind, and honest the entire time he worked at our house. We appreciated his candor when talking about the specific type of garage doors we have and their special retainers. He didn't try to sell us on a sub-par solution, but offered to help troubleshoot what may work, with the caveat that it may not. He was incredibly tidy with his work, which we were very thankful for - even though it's a garage, it doesn't need to look sloppy. We are loving how quiet the new opener is (can't go wrong with a jackshaft), along with the new rollers and lubrication of all of the bearings. This is our second time having work done by Precision, and we will be happy to call them again for any garage door needs.

My spring broke and Precision was able to come same day which was great. However, my garage broke in the down position which left a tight fit for work inside my garage. I replaced both springs per their advice, rollers, tightened chain, and greased everything up. Although it seemed to have gone well, I’ve found the following: -garage door stopped working a week after initial repair as the trolly jammed -my car headlight coincidently went out right after my appointment -my power washer which was being stored close to the door coincidently is now leaking oil -I found the broken spring piece and suspect that it was dropped, possibly hitting my car and power washer -hole in my dry wall -my gear needs replacing which was not mentioned during my appointment I also did not get a good feeling when the tech asked what I did for a living before he charged me for repairs. I also would have been happy to help and avoid any damage if I would have been asked. I get that I was an add on at the end of the day and the tech wanted to be done. But overall, not a good experience.

Our garage door spring broke at noon today; we were stuck at home since we couldn't get a car out. It's 5 o'clock and the door is fixed and working well. Just as the commercial says, same day service is available. The tech Jeffery explained the repairs needed and gave us three levels of repair options including parts warranties.
