Jeffrey came out this afternoon to service my garage door which was noisy. He pointed out that several of my rollers were getting worn and in fact one had recently popped out of the track but I put it back myself. He replaced all the rollers and lubricated everything and now my garage door is much quieter! Jeffrey also showed me points to lubricate in the future to make sure it is running nice and smoothly.

From start to finish our experience was fantastic (and prompt, efficient and friendly as advertised). Precision Door Service has been my go to since 2008 for service. Recently had maintenance service to take care of some creaks and squeaks and just tighten up bolts and replace the bottom door pad. Excellent service just updating everything. I would recommend the fine folks at Precision Door Service.

Our technician Jeffrey did an outstanding job! I unfortunately backed into one of our garage doors, and was unable to get my car out. He was able to straighten the door out, where we will be able up use it until our new doors come in. In addition, he replaced my wife’s 27 year old garage door opener during his call! Our garage was spotless after he left!! This is the second time we have used Precision, we feel no need to go anywhere else!

I’d definitely recommend Precision Garage Door, especially their technician Jeffrey Powell-Jenkins. Jeffrey was great to work with, he explained everything in a way that actually made sense, didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need, and just kept things straightforward. We just had an issue yesterday with our garage door that’s almost 30 years old. We called for an appointment, and first off much to our surprise they had an opening for that afternoon. Of course we said yes to that! The technician that came out Jeffery was first very nice, we started telling him what happened… and right away he said he'd look at it to see if he could fix it rather than a replace it. We feel like most places would go automatically to replace it for the money aspect of it all. He checked everything over for the safety end of it.,..told us he could fix the door itself. He then figured three different prices for us. He had a good, better, best prices, and what would be done on each one. We choose the one we felt was best for us, and he did a fantastic job! He was not only patient with us asking question's of him, but left everything clean, and showed us what to do in the future to maintain a good working system!
