Wow, great customer service. Not only was i able to make an appointment after hours on their website but I was able to make the appointment that fit my schedule. Scott, my Precision technician, called to tell me when he would be at my house and I was also sent a text message with his picture so I knew who was coming to my house. Scott reviewed everything and made sure that we had a garage door opener that would work best for our house and door. It was a pleasure to work with Scott & Precision.

Precision came recommended to me by my Mom and I was pleased with their service. Vance came out and did an excellent job resolving my issues. The spring broke, but the whole garage door needed some updating, which he took care of. Vance was polite, professional, helpful, and efficient. We continue to be so impressed with Precision Garage Door. We had a broken spring on Friday night and their dispatcher booked us an appointment on Saturday at no extra charge for Saturday service plus the spring was under warranty. Scott Kern was our technician and he was excellent. Arrived right on time and promptly replaced our broken spring. Very efficient and pleasant to work with.
