Jeffery showed up on time and looked over what needed to be done. He took about 15mins to look at both garage doors and show me three different proposals and price and asked me what proposals I would like to go with. Proposal was very thorough and I chose the one I wanted. Jeffery went over everything that would be done on the proposal I chose and got started on the Job. When job was done he showed me everything that was done and showed me that all is working. Was very happy with all work done and will recommend Precision door to anyone I know if they need garage door work done. Jeffery really knows what he is doing and I really appreciate that.

One of two garage door motors failed and we called Precision to replace the motor. Two Brians came out and, after explaining what they would be doing, they went to work. In a shade over 2 hours they replaced the chain drive with a belt drive, installed a new motor to match the other one (which had been replaced 3 years ago), and secured the electric eyes so that they can't get out of alignment. Nice job guys. Very pleased

We had a spring bracket pull off the wall. Called Precision at 3pm to report the issue and they had a tech out the next morning at 9am. Jackson evaluated the issue, identified the problem and remediated the failure. I strongly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

First, Luke was at our home ready to install new garage door opener mechanism the same day I called precision to schedule appointment. Second, Luke is very personable, courteous and competent! He and I moved some garage storage stuff/shelving out of his way. When done with garage opener, he put everything back without my knowledge and not asking for help. I scheduled tune ups on my 3 doors using the online scheduler. Was able to get a next day appt. Colby was great. He evaluated our door seals and determined why they were squealing and progressively getting worse even after I had lubricated the hinges and rollers.
