Our technician Jeffrey did an outstanding job! I unfortunately backed into one of our garage doors, and was unable to get my car out. He was able to straighten the door out, where we will be able up use it until our new doors come in. In addition, he replaced my wife’s 27 year old garage door opener during his call! Our garage was spotless after he left!! This is the second time we have used Precision, we feel no need to go anywhere else!

Like many who contact you, we did so after not being able to exit our garage. You were able to come very quickly and your service tech was outstanding. Able to assess & fix issues quickly. My only shock was the price of the repair. Given the period of time involved and parts used, I cannot figure how the total amount was calculated. Perhaps a breakdown of sorts might help. Lastly, the fact the was no “service charge” for your tech to come, seemed to be a moot point once the price options were presented Respectively submitted

Precision Garage Door Service did a fantastic job on our project. They replaced two garage door openers and upgraded our garage door spring, bearings and rollers on one of the doors. Our Technician Jackson Autry was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great confidence in his assessment of our setup and needs. He was not pushy on what we ended up deciding to change out. He was very personable, friendly and easy to work with. We called them late this morning and Jackson was at our home within an hour. After deciding what we wanted done, they were able to do the job the same day. I will definitely use Precision in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing work on their garage doors. On Saturday, December 27, my garage door spring broke and I was left unable to open my garage door. I contacted Precision Garage Door Service and was able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. I must say that Precision is the most professional and courteous organization that I have ever worked with. Our technician, Beau, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and provided a range of estimates to meet my long or short term needs. He helped me choose the right option and was able to install a new garage door opener, spring, garage door handle and remote control pads during his visit. Jeffery showed up on time and looked over what needed to be done. He took about 15mins to look at both garage doors and show me three different proposals and price and asked me what proposals I would like to go with. Proposal was very thorough and I chose the one I wanted. Jeffery went over everything that would be done on the proposal I chose and got started on the Job. When job was done he showed me everything that was done and showed me that all is working. Was very happy with all work done and will recommend Precision door to anyone I know if they need garage door work done. Jeffery really knows what he is doing and I really appreciate that.

One of two garage door motors failed and we called Precision to replace the motor. Two Brians came out and, after explaining what they would be doing, they went to work. In a shade over 2 hours they replaced the chain drive with a belt drive, installed a new motor to match the other one (which had been replaced 3 years ago), and secured the electric eyes so that they can't get out of alignment. Nice job guys. Very pleased
