Called in the morning to see about scheduling a service call as our garage door was making a loud noise. Was able to get a same-day appointment. Brian, who had serviced our door previously, came by mid-afternoon and explained what and why the sound was getting progressively worse. He was very thorough and clearly explained what was needed to get done. He finished the job within 2-hours and showed us exactly what he had done. Brian was very knowledgeable, courteous, and clearly explained the charges and the warranty. Precision does great work, promptly and is reasonably priced! Highly recommend Precision, and Brian!

Precision Garage Door Service did a fantastic job on our project. They replaced two garage door openers and upgraded our garage door spring, bearings and rollers on one of the doors. Our Technician Jackson Autry was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great confidence in his assessment of our setup and needs. He was not pushy on what we ended up deciding to change out. He was very personable, friendly and easy to work with. We called them late this morning and Jackson was at our home within an hour. After deciding what we wanted done, they were able to do the job the same day. I will definitely use Precision in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing work on their garage doors. I scheduled an emergency service call on line at 4:30 a.m. due to garage door randomly opening and closing by itself and got an immediate confirmation for same day service. When the technician, Jeffrey Powell-Jenkins, arrived I was still freaking out about the door which had opened itself after 10 p.m. and stayed open until I woke up at 3:00 a.m. He calmly explained what he was doing to do to find the problem but the diagnostic tests didn't reveal the cause. I opted to have the opener, remotes, and exterior keypad replaced for my peace of mind as I had just purchased the house. Jeffrey's customer service skills are superb. He deserves a medal for his patient and empathetic approach to a freaked out old lady.

The service was timely - a late Saturday phone call led to an early Sunday repair by service technician, Nicholas Alby. Very knowledgeable and courteous service! Jeffery showed up on time and looked over what needed to be done. He took about 15mins to look at both garage doors and show me three different proposals and price and asked me what proposals I would like to go with. Proposal was very thorough and I chose the one I wanted. Jeffery went over everything that would be done on the proposal I chose and got started on the Job. When job was done he showed me everything that was done and showed me that all is working. Was very happy with all work done and will recommend Precision door to anyone I know if they need garage door work done. Jeffery really knows what he is doing and I really appreciate that.

First, Luke was at our home ready to install new garage door opener mechanism the same day I called precision to schedule appointment. Second, Luke is very personable, courteous and competent! He and I moved some garage storage stuff/shelving out of his way. When done with garage opener, he put everything back without my knowledge and not asking for help. He was thoughtful to explain how to maintain the garage doors! He helped us before and it was a pleasure to see him again. He is a gentleman!
