I’ve used PRECISION in the past and ALWAYS had a pleasant experience with the service being EXCELLENT! Booked the summer special tune-up (yearly) and had technician Robert Ruffin arrive within window time promised. He, as well as the office, contacted me about his arrival time. Completely satisfied with service provided as well as conversation regarding possible future issues (OLD wooden door!). Robert was courteous, intelligent and friendly! Give them a call

Precision Garage Door Service did a fantastic job on our project. They replaced two garage door openers and upgraded our garage door spring, bearings and rollers on one of the doors. Our Technician Jackson Autry was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great confidence in his assessment of our setup and needs. He was not pushy on what we ended up deciding to change out. He was very personable, friendly and easy to work with. We called them late this morning and Jackson was at our home within an hour. After deciding what we wanted done, they were able to do the job the same day. I will definitely use Precision in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing work on their garage doors. Well done !

I scheduled an emergency service call on line at 4:30 a.m. due to garage door randomly opening and closing by itself and got an immediate confirmation for same day service. When the technician, Jeffrey Powell-Jenkins, arrived I was still freaking out about the door which had opened itself after 10 p.m. and stayed open until I woke up at 3:00 a.m. He calmly explained what he was doing to do to find the problem but the diagnostic tests didn't reveal the cause. I opted to have the opener, remotes, and exterior keypad replaced for my peace of mind as I had just purchased the house. Jeffrey's customer service skills are superb. He deserves a medal for his patient and empathetic approach to a freaked out old lady.

The service was timely - a late Saturday phone call led to an early Sunday repair by service technician, Nicholas Alby. Very knowledgeable and courteous service! The broken spring was replaced, as well as rollers and bearings, and now the garage door is operating smoothly. We appreciate the prompt service!

Jeffery showed up on time and looked over what needed to be done. He took about 15mins to look at both garage doors and show me three different proposals and price and asked me what proposals I would like to go with. Proposal was very thorough and I chose the one I wanted. Jeffery went over everything that would be done on the proposal I chose and got started on the Job. When job was done he showed me everything that was done and showed me that all is working. Was very happy with all work done and will recommend Precision door to anyone I know if they need garage door work done. Jeffery really knows what he is doing and I really appreciate that.

First, Luke was at our home ready to install new garage door opener mechanism the same day I called precision to schedule appointment. Second, Luke is very personable, courteous and competent! He and I moved some garage storage stuff/shelving out of his way. When done with garage opener, he put everything back without my knowledge and not asking for help. He was thoughtful to explain how to maintain the garage doors! He helped us before and it was a pleasure to see him again. He is a gentleman!

Marco and another showed up on time at my house introduced themselves and proceeded to take down my garage door, all old hardware and opener and put all in their truck. Marcos co worker had to leave. Marco continued to install new door with all the hardware and opener. He did an awesome job and explained everything to us. Highly recommend Marco and your company

We purchased our garage door from Precision in 2016 and the whole process was smooth as silk from our salesperson through installation. After a very thorough structured evaluation of all aspects of our garage doors operation their expert Brian was able to not only pinpoint the problem but come up with a menu of possible solutions. It was only a matter of an hour or so before a new garage door opener was installed and tuned and operating perfectly. Highly recommended.

I scheduled tune ups on my 3 doors using the online scheduler. Was able to get a next day appt. Colby was great. He evaluated our door seals and determined why they were squealing and progressively getting worse even after I had lubricated the hinges and rollers. Very professional and friendly and no pressure, just options.
