Late last Saturday afternoon, I found that one of my garage opener’s springs was broken. I called Precision Garage Door and got an appointment the next day morning. The Technician Nick Rasley arrived on time and gave the system a thorough going over and report back to me with recommendations, prices and discounts of different levels of repairs. The options included replacing one spring, two springs, rollers, cables, … and the motor. Because the springs are seven years old and the motor is over twenty years old, I end up replacing the whole system. Now it runs smoothly the best I have ever seen. Nick called me to say he could be here in about 30 minutes. He diagnosed the remote opener failure (worn out).
