Spring broke this morning. Wife’s car was trapped. Made the call. Nick showed up promptly and began his repair. He quickly and professionally repaired the previously botched installation of my 2 year old springs. He then went above and beyond to replace the arm that was too short. Late last Saturday afternoon, I found that one of my garage opener’s springs was broken. I called Precision Garage Door and got an appointment the next day morning. The Technician Nick Rasley arrived on time and gave the system a thorough going over and report back to me with recommendations, prices and discounts of different levels of repairs. The options included replacing one spring, two springs, rollers, cables, … and the motor. Because the springs are seven years old and the motor is over twenty years old, I end up replacing the whole system. Now it runs smoothly the best I have ever seen. Couldn't be more pleased with the scope of work. Extremely responsive. I called to ask about opener issues. Agent said a tech was available soon. Nick called me to say he could be here in about 30 minutes. He diagnosed the remote opener failure (worn out). Programed a new remote, adjusted the spring tension, lubricated the door hinges, and repaired a loose wall pad. I received a senior/veteran discount as well. We had a 20 year old garage motor and all the other parts were probably just as old. The spring had split and the cables snapped so we needed it fixed ASAP. The customer service rep was great in getting me set up with a tech. They were quick and came by in about 30 minutes. Nick, the technician, was incredible. He got the work done and done right.
