I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. They were out the next day and Nick took care of everything! I had an older unit and he recommended that I consider a newer model at some point but didn't force me buy one that day. He was the best! Nick was a Consummate Stellar Professional. We had a tension cable come off the drum on one side and the door was bound up. Technician Nick showed up on time and used some very tricky methods working around a vintage vehicle that couldn’t be moved to replace parts, rewind the springs, and get the door functional again. He answered all my questions in a very friendly, personable way and gave me estimates on options for future improvements to consider for our 25-year-old door. His performance reflects well on the company. Thanks, Nick!

I cannot thank you enough for repairing our garage door within 12 hours of my call..as well as Nick kindly and patiently answering all of my questions and explaining everything to me in detail.
