Wow, great customer service. Not only was i able to make an appointment after hours on their website but I was able to make the appointment that fit my schedule. Scott, my Precision technician, called to tell me when he would be at my house and I was also sent a text message with his picture so I knew who was coming to my house. Scott reviewed everything and made sure that we had a garage door opener that would work best for our house and door. It was a pleasure to work with Scott & Precision.

From start to finish our experience was fantastic (and prompt, efficient and friendly as advertised). I usually avoid doing business with larger companies that do a lot of tv advertising which has to affect the cost of doing business and thus consumer pricing. But our latest service experience with Precision verified the statements your technicians and customers make on tv. Your technician Scott was excellent, very professional, easy to work with and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. He also was very clear and accommodating about pricing for our new garage door opener. We could not be more satisfied with our experience and love our new Liftmaster!

Precision came recommended to me by my Mom and I was pleased with their service. Vance came out and did an excellent job resolving my issues. The spring broke, but the whole garage door needed some updating, which he took care of. Vance was polite, professional, helpful, and efficient. I'll be using Precision again, but hopefully no time soon thanks to the great work that was done on this visit.

We continue to be so impressed with Precision Garage Door. We had a broken spring on Friday night and their dispatcher booked us an appointment on Saturday at no extra charge for Saturday service plus the spring was under warranty. Scott Kern was our technician and he was excellent. Arrived right on time and promptly replaced our broken spring. Very efficient and pleasant to work with. Our Father's Day weekend was not impacted due to a broken spring and we are thrilled. Precision provides great products, service and value plus they back up their products. We highly recommend! Our garage door was damaged in a minor accident. I was able to get a next-day appointment with Precision. Colby arrived right on time and repaired the damage quickly. He answered all my questions and talked through other maintenance issues with the door. Our technician Jeffrey did an outstanding job! I unfortunately backed into one of our garage doors, and was unable to get my car out. He was able to straighten the door out, where we will be able up use it until our new doors come in. In addition, he replaced my wife’s 27 year old garage door opener during his call! Our garage was spotless after he left!! This is the second time we have used Precision, we feel no need to go anywhere else!

Like many who contact you, we did so after not being able to exit our garage. You were able to come very quickly and your service tech was outstanding. Able to assess & fix issues quickly. My only shock was the price of the repair. Given the period of time involved and parts used, I cannot figure how the total amount was calculated. Perhaps a breakdown of sorts might help. Lastly, the fact the was no “service charge” for your tech to come, seemed to be a moot point once the price options were presented Respectively submitted
