On Saturday, December 27, my garage door spring broke and I was left unable to open my garage door. I contacted Precision Garage Door Service and was able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. I must say that Precision is the most professional and courteous organization that I have ever worked with. Our technician, Beau, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and provided a range of estimates to meet my long or short term needs. He helped me choose the right option and was able to install a new garage door opener, spring, garage door handle and remote control pads during his visit. Beau had all of the necessary parts in his truck, was fast and thorough and after the job was done, helped me configure my garage door controls including the myQ app for LiftMaster garage door openers. Every service experience should be this good!

One of two garage door motors failed and we called Precision to replace the motor. Two Brians came out and, after explaining what they would be doing, they went to work. In a shade over 2 hours they replaced the chain drive with a belt drive, installed a new motor to match the other one (which had been replaced 3 years ago), and secured the electric eyes so that they can't get out of alignment. Nice job guys. Very pleased

Today I had very professional technician Scott Kern out, and he got rid of a very loud clunk from my garage door while opening. He’s an incredible technician. Nobody else could figure it out. He found the issue immediately and the noise is gone! He also adjusted the settings as my safety reverse was not functioning. Now it is! On my other property, Scott rebuilt the entire garage door system with all new parts, and it is smooth as silk. Highly recommend Scott for all garage door needs!!!!
