We have been using Precision Services for over 20 years and have always have been pleased with their work and services. Percision's office staff and technician are always friendly and polite. They're very responsive, punctual, and professional. They also take the time to answer any of my questions and explain proper garage door maintenance. Would highly recommend! My decision was random given how close you are to L.O. The response time was as promised, 2 hrs. Hayden called and was here in less than the 2 hr time. A sliding door, what can go wrong? Well, I found out. Even sliding doors need a certain amount of care and feeding. Hayden very diplomatically explained the proper 'care and feeding' of the door. I give Precision a 6 star rating. Thank you and happy new year

Our garage door was stacked in the down position and we were leaving the next morning.Called precision at about 4pm Saturday night got a live person answering the phone very helpful had a repair guy there within 30 minutes to replace broken springs. Chuck the repair was very professional and responsive had a new spring in under an hour. Great job don’t bother to call anybody else!

Had a large, wooden garage door that become unbalanced. Made an appointment with Precision to have a look. Website was very helpful. Could have had them out same day. Made the appointment. The first technician, Colby, called to say he was on the way. He arrived and was exceptionally enthusiastic, energetic, competent, friendly, and informative. Performed a thorough check, and made some logical suggestions. We chose to do a thorough servicing including adjusting balance, new rollers, and lubrication for a very reasonable price, and done within 2 hours. We needed one part not on the truck, so Chuck came out two days later. Again, called ahead to make sure he had what we needed; arrived and was very experienced, friendly, and thoughtful. Turns out the solution was very simple, so we saved some money and now have a quiet, fully functioning garage door. Both Colby and Chuck spoke highly about their company (a rarity); and we concur that Precision is an exceptionally responsive, competent, and reasonably priced company that we would not hesitate to contact for any garage door needs.

On a cold afternoon my garage door decided not to close even after three tries. I hurried to my computer to pull up Precision Door's phone number, called, explained the problem, they were busy, might not get to it until the next morning, but on looking again, one of the technicians was finishing up another job & was able to come in 11 minutes. Always professional, always polite, once again the technician was able to check out the problem, suggested what might take care of it and got to work. A short time later, the door closed completely and the garage was tight for the night. I suggest to all when you have a garage problem, call Precision Door Service, you will be glad I suggested this.

The main gear in the opener had stripped out and the door was unable to open. This happened on a Sunday, I called and was preparing to leave a voicemail and a receptionist answered and was able to schedule me an appointment the next day. The serviceman, Brian, was prompt in his arrival window and professional in explaining the problem and the required service required. He was very prepared his workmanship was first rate. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

I am extremely happy and satisfied with the work done by the two extremely friendly and professional workers. I called yesterday to have a malfunctioning opener checked and today I have two new openers! No, I was not forced into getting them. They were old and would need replacing soon anyway. They were finished in about three hours, and explained the operation of the doors very clearly, and set all the new codes. I could not be happier with their work and the quality of the products. Sunday service is why selected-v nice phone receptionist+wonderful on time repairman Hayden came Sun. Pm/finished job next day(my choice), after getting all ‘ok’ meanwhile. Several repairs needed to door up/down apparatus, not electrical opener.

Tremendous job by Installer/Technician Jason. Our 13 year old spring broke. We upgraded to the 10 year warranty package which included heavy-duty, robust parts. The garage door now works flawlessly (no rattles/noise). Always pleased with Precision's work.

I had new garage op wires installed and Luke Dials did a fantastic job. He arrived right on time and finished the job faster than estimated. Jason gave some options beyond fixing the problem we called about. He replaced the spring and also did a refurbishing of the whole system. Because of time restraints he will be back in three days to replace the motor that was installed in 1998. Very pleased with the work being done.
