Ben was so courteous and efficient. He completed our garage door repairs wonderfully and we are amazed by the results. Very professional. Everyone should experience such a garage door that is quiet and electronically sound!

Paul Sokerka

Great service. They gave me multiple options to solve my problem and walked me through the pros and cons of each. I will definitely use again.

Michael Barnes

Realigned my garage doors and completed all services contracted for.

Tracy Black

They will not price match and charge more the others for the same service. You are hounded for a review subsequent to service. They attempt to sell you extremely expensive upgrades before the service is performed! Not impressed!

Gail Orozco

Samuel provided prompt and professional work on my garage door. I am very satisfied with the new system.

Pam Copeland

Jackson explained what needed to be done to repair my garage door and advised regarding future repair at my convenience. Have used Precision Door before and have been satisfied both times.

What a great job completed in a short amount of time for us. From the initial call inquiring about a service call to repair our ailing garage door, to the prompt contact and arrival this morning (9/4/2025), it was professional and extremely pleasant. High Kudos to Joe (garage door expert) for the excellent customer service and timely installation of our needed replacement parts. If only all customer/company interactions were this pleasant and pressure free, all would be better for everyone. Thank you for being so responsive in taking care of us during our garage door crisis. We would absolutely recommend your company and personnel (Joe) to others. Ray and Charlee Smith.

We chose Precision Door Service after my wife did some research. Samuel Moan arrived on the same day that I called and informed me by text and voice mail that he was on his way. I explained our situation about trying to fix my garage door opener myself, and that I may have damaged it where we would need a new opener. Samuel showed me some options but suggested that he might be able to get it to work. In less than 2 hours, Samuel reassembled and reinstalled the opener and eliminated the problems. He also did some much-needed maintenance and explained and showed me why. Samuel was very courteous, understanding (of my situation), professional and extremely knowledgeable. He kept me informed during the process and educated me on what I may have done to contribute to my problem. What a great asset he is to your company.

Samuel Moan was very polite and courteous. He gave me a the option of two bids: one would take care of the immediate problem (but the problem might return) or the second option to replace the problematic keypad for the garage door opener. I went ahead and replaced the keypad. Sam was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Would recommend him to others.

Sam did a great job making sure our garage door worked to perfection. He lubricated all the joints, made sure the lights were set right and checked the springs to make sure they balanced the door correctly. It was a great Fathers Day Present.

I had just had my house painted after 15 years and realized that my newly painted garage doors needed some trim and gasket repairs. I called PDS and they had a technician on site, Sam M. (amazing!) in 24 hours. My repairs were underway the next day and completed in the estimated 3 hours. I also had a new motor installed for a 3rd bay garage door that I hadn't been able to use since I moved in. Very fair pricing. Couldn't be happier with the attention to detail, the problem solving skills and the respectful and kind Sam M. I highly recommend PDS. It is the name you can trust !

Our service technician, Samuel Moan, contacted me with an estimated arrival time and actually arrived much sooner than expected. Sam introduced himself and started his inspection asking detailed questions regarding the problem we were experiencing. Once he understood the problem, he then tailored a resolution and provided various price points for my review. I chose a full fix with the 10yr warranty. Sam got to work and had our door operating in what seemed like no time at all. Very impressive! Throughout the process, Sam kept me up to date and explained the ‘where, why and how’ questions I had. Sam is a true professional who has a solid working knowledge of his craft. Thanks Sam for the great job!!

Samuel was very quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. Also we were able to get a same day appointment. Very pleased.

Sam did a great job installing new weather stripping in our single-car garage. We booked a maintenance visit and wanted to see how much it would cost for the weather stripping. It was very reasonable and completed on a subsequent visit. Looks so much better! Sam is very personable and professional.
