We chose Precision Door Service after my wife did some research. Samuel Moan arrived on the same day that I called and informed me by text and voice mail that he was on his way. I explained our situation about trying to fix my garage door opener myself, and that I may have damaged it where we would need a new opener. Samuel showed me some options but suggested that he might be able to get it to work. In less than 2 hours, Samuel reassembled and reinstalled the opener and eliminated the problems. He also did some much-needed maintenance and explained and showed me why. Samuel was very courteous, understanding (of my situation), professional and extremely knowledgeable. He kept me informed during the process and educated me on what I may have done to contribute to my problem. What a great asset he is to your company.

He gave me a the option of two bids: one would take care of the immediate problem (but the problem might return) or the second option to replace the problematic keypad for the garage door opener. Our service technician, Samuel Moan, contacted me with an estimated arrival time and actually arrived much sooner than expected. Sam introduced himself and started his inspection asking detailed questions regarding the problem we were experiencing. Samuel was my technician and he was terrific! He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He texted me to let me know he was on his way and then called as he got closer to provide a more specific ETA. My appointment was just to have an annual service on my garage door. I also had what I thought was a programming issue with the key pad so, once he arrived, I asked for assistance with that. Samuel quickly diagnosed that there was actually a problem with the key pad itself. Not directly related to my experience with Samuel, I want to say how much I appreciate receiving a photo of the technician who will be performing the work in advance of their coming to my home.

Superior repair job of my garage door. Repair technician offered two quotes. One for just a basic repair and another for a complete repair and replacement of the mechanical parts. I chose the complete repair since the door was over fifty years old. Job was complete in three hours. Super satisfied.
