I called on Friday afternoon after our garage door spring broke. I had a technician scheduled the next day for between 2 and 4. The technician (Beau) showed up promptly at 2:00 and looked over our existing 20-25 year old setup. After going over all the issues he saw with our current setup, he explained everything in great detail and options we had to get us up and running. We elected to replace most of the existing system including the garage door opener. Beau did an excellent job, his knowledge of the process was obvious and his attention to detail was greatly appreciated. We could not be more happy with the result of the work that Beau did for us. From the moment we called to schedule a technician the overall experience was fantastic, we would recommend Beau and Precision Door Service to anyone that was looking for garage door needs!!

Superior repair job of my garage door. Repair technician offered two quotes. One for just a basic repair and another for a complete repair and replacement of the mechanical parts. I chose the complete repair since the door was over fifty years old. Job was complete in three hours. Super satisfied.

We experienced a problem with our large wooden automatic garage door that has been periodically updated since the 1980s, and was suffering from worn parts. I contacted 3 door companies to assess and quote, and Joe from Precision was the second to respond to my request and came onsite to assess and advise on repairs. He gave us three options which offered a repair to fix our problem and also prevent further issues in the near future. He was clear on the warrantee offered in parts and labor, clear on the type of parts used (high use springs) and explained some differences we would notice once repairs were complete and even giving simple advice to me about monthly maintenance which could prolong the life of the existing and new parts. I highly recommend Peecision & in particular Joe for a garage door system overhaul or repair.

Luke was top notch and the difference was night and day! Luke showed and explained the reason things failed and suggested a solution that keep our charming mid-century garage doors, but corrected and updated all of the moving parts and adjusted the sensors to keep everyone safer. Now, instead of sounding like a freight train is running through our garage when opening and closing, the door action is so smooth that it's nearly silent. The spring on the door broke at 3:05 pm on a Saturday. I called , spoke to Angel and she assured me that a technician would be able to fix the garage door that afternoon. The work included an overhaul and replacement parts for the moving components of the existing, manually operated, 25-year-old garage door along with installation of an automatic opener. Hayden had scoped out the work in advance and provided quotes along with a detailed explanations of the work options. When we made the decision to proceed with the work, Precision was able to schedule it for the next day. Hayden called to confirm his arrival time, which was as scheduled. He helped us program the exterior wireless key pad. The door works flawlessly and is very quiet. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

See the ads all the time. Garage door would not shut so needed immediate service and they arrived quickly. Chuck Hunt did a fabulous job was quick and efficient in replacing my entire opening system. Price was reasonable. I have an entire new garage door opener and am very pleased. New opener is so much nicer than my 30 year old chain type opener. Chuck arrived when the temperature was 100 degrees and the sun was shining into the garage. Very hot in there and he still was able to complete the job in about an hour. Could not have had a nicer technician for the repair. Thanks Chuck.

We had been having some issues with our garage door not opening and closing right. I called Precision and they sent out a technician the same day. Our technician was Trey and he came right on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and did the safety inspection, lubricated the door and diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a fair price. The safety eyes at the bottom of the door needed to be repositioned as the sun was affecting their ability to work together. I also had an issue with my older classic Mercedes garage door opener not working with the new garage door opener. If a vehicle is pre 2013 due to changes in how the signal operates it may be that I just have to use the hand opener which works fine. Trey promised a call back from one of their senior techs on this issue later today which is fine.
