Super prompt and professional service. I had this company install a door two years ago and concrete contractor damaged the sensor in one side of the door. Precision came it and fixed it the same day and for a very reasonable price. These guys are great. You won’t be disappointed..

I purchased my garage door opener 5 years ago and I was having issues with it. Scott from Precision came out to look at it and got it running again. He also gave me options for my next steps in replacing the door itself. He was incredibly helpful and responsive and I appreciate his attention to my problem. Thank you to Steven for his professionalism and expertise. He responded quickly when I locked myself out of the garage and arrived early. He resolved the problem and went above and beyond to inspect and make adjustments to our older door. He even reprogrammed a keypad that hasn’t worked in years. The door works better than ever and the new remotes and keypad are a big improvement. He made some excellent recommendations for maintaining our system in the future. Dave showed up right on time. He dove right in checking out my door. Basically, all my garage door problems were caused by technicians I found on that LIST that used to charge a fee but don’t any more:The new springs installed were not torqued correctly, so the the door motor could barely lift the door, cables were off balance so the door did not close flat, and my electronic beams were at least twenty years old so on a sunny day the door would not go down. Dave gave me a price that was very fair so the estimate turned into a work order! Dave helped me get on their website so I could use a coupon to a save some money. The job was done beyond my expectations! Dave has seen everything that can go wrong with a garage door and he can fix it the first time at a fair price. Score 10 out of 10
