David was absolutely the best…a great talker…let me know what he was doing, or..looking for. I had a great experience with David from the Precision Door Service Team of Portland. He serviced and repaired my garage door, and also replaced the old opener, which had a faulty sensor that couldn’t be fixed. David was incredibly professional, kind, and warm throughout the entire process. He worked quickly, explained everything clearly, and even gave me discounts where he could. Today's experience with David was terrific. He replaced my garage door opener , which did need to be replaced. It was nineteen years old. He explained my options and answered my questions clearly. He was courteous and professional. Problem solved! the garage door is opening and closing again!

I called for service which was not critical. However, a technician was sent out the very same afternoon. I am very pleased with "precision" from start to finish. David the tech called me with a courtesy call prior to the end of the schedule window to explain he was held back on the previous job and would give me another call when he was on his way, in which he did and gave me a really close estimate as to when he would arrive. Once he arrived I explained what I wanted to have done, Then after he looked at the unit he told me everything I needed to know. I will be calling you folks again if I ever need garage work done. I called Precision because my garage opener clicker was glitching and I wanted to be proactive and what a great decision! David Heath came out and talked new garage door openers. Who knew what an interesting subject. Ultimately I decided, due to the age of my current opener (2008), I wanted to upgrade to a new opener. David went to work. Within an hour I had a new space age Liftmaster installed with two new clickers, keypad, and garage opener button; and bonus it has a camera. David tested and confirmed all were in working order and then explained everything to me. I didn't start my day thinking I would be getting a new fancy garage door opener, but here we are. Super efficient and quiet opener and I would totally recommend Precision Garage Door Service and David

Pre-visit communication was excellent. David, our technician was thorough in explaining his diagnosis of our malfunctioning garage door opener. He showed and explained the options we had for a replacement. He then quickly installed the new opener and walked us through installing the MyQ app for control via our iPhones. All was done professionally and expediently.

We were able to book an appointment for next day first thing in the morning. David, our Service Technician arrived promptly at the appointed time, did a quick survey of the garage door issue, and had the door problem resolved in less than an hour.
