5 Star all around! Our garage door spring broke & after reading the reviews for Precision, I gave them a call. They scheduled me same day. David was on time, professional & friendly. After he inspected the door & opener I was given 3 service options as well as a quote for a new opener, which I had requested due to our opener was 25+ yrs old. David explained the difference in each quote and the pros & cons. I was never pressured to choose the more expensive option and there were no hidden fees. The decision of what I wanted/needed was fully mine & I felt confident in my choice due to David taking the time to explain the options so I understood them. A couple of hours later I had a brand new opener & full repair/replacement of the spring, cables, etc. My new opener is so quiet & works like a dream! I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Precision for all your garage repair/replace needs!

Our garage door spring broke in the morning. I went on-line and Precision popped up on a google search. I was able to easily schedule an appointment on-line. I picked later in the afternoon. Within 10 minutes of the start of the 2 hour window David your service technician called to give me a more precise time for his arrival, which was right in the middle of the two hour window. I received an automated message and then another phone call from David indicating his arrival would be within 15 minutes (still on the original timeframe he estimated in the earlier phone call). I was very impressed with the communication to let me know that you were aware of my appointment time and did everything to keep it and keep me in the loop. I haven't gotten that sort of communication from any other contractors/repairmen. As for the actual work, David was very friendly and competent. He provided three options to solve the problem. That is, minimum repair to get the broken spring repaired only, then two other options that replace some more moving parts and another that replace all moving parts of the door. The work was completed quickly and professionally. While I hope I don't need any garage door work in the near future, but if I do, I will certainly call Precision Garage Door and ask specifically for David!

Precision Garage Door replaced broken springs several years ago and threw in some extras. This call was for a basic inspection as it's been about 5 years since, and our door is activated multiple times a day. I loved that their office phone is answered by a real polite and service-friendly person. I was scheduled for service the very next day. The technician was very experienced and knowledgeable. Granted, my opener is 11 years old, it is no longer produced, but still functional. My real complaint was the noise while in operation and the lurching when activated. Replacing the rollers and tuning the motor to adjust tightness in the chain cured the clanky functionality and transformed this system like never before. Best decision ever!

Our garage door stopped working around 1145 and David H to check our garage. He gave us options on how to do the garage and was very knowledgeable about what needs to be done.We chose to overhaul our garage and he was able to fix our garage door in an hour. He was also able to impart information on what work was done to the garage door. He also showed me how to maintain it, and when to call them (we chose to get the option with 10 year warranty. The service was great! I called late in the day when I realized there was a broken spring. They sent someone out early the next day. The technician was great and explained everything so I could understand. Two weeks prior to this spring breaking, (I have 2 springs on my door) the other one broke. I called the company I have used for years and they came out and replaced it. I wasn't too happy with them and found out the company had changed hands since I last used them 2 years ago. When I called them, they answered the phone with the same company name I had used. It wasn't until the technician got here that I found out about the change in ownership and name. Kind of misleading. The technician replaced the spring and didn't adjust the system. When the other one broke I decided to try Precision, and Im glad I did. And the bonus...$100 cheaper and better service!

This is the second time I have used Precision Door Service. The first was to install a new garage door opener and second was to replace broken spring. In both cases, the tech was polite, on time and professional. Today, David repaired my broken spring. He was there in less than an hour after of my call. He spent time to explained everything.
