I have used Precision Door Service for years. ALWAYS happy with the prompt and knowledgable service. I had requested a general maintenance call for our garage door. Got a same day appointment. Brian and Dominic showed up right at the scheduled time. Both got right to work with general maintenance and adjustments. Was called out to the garage to explain what services and adjustments were made. I am very pleased with this company as Precision has NEVER tried to upsell me on services. They know what they are doing - get it done at the price quoted. Our garage door is now as quiet as a mouse, THANKS Brian and Diominic GREAT JOB!!!

The spring on my garage door broke on a Saturday evening, trapping my car in the garage. I was able to call at 7:00 am Sunday morning for an appointment and a technician was at my house by 8:15 am. He did an excellent job and got it repaired. Very professional company and so easy to work with!

I chose Precision Garage Doors because my door decided to quit working. I called them early AM ,actually had a real person on the phone to help me ,they had a technician out within an hour or so. Scott was the technician, a very courteous and knowledgeable young man. He went through everything then we went over findings together. There were choices but I choose to replace unit with new one. He had me back in business in 2 hours. He walked me through the operation of the unit making sure I understood everything. I would highly recommend these folks. Thanks Scott!

Precision is a great company to work with. The keypad for the garage door was not working. Brian and Vance arrived within a couple hours of my call, found the problem and got it working again. They also re-keyed the release mechanism, which was on my to-do list, and saved me the trouble and expense of a locksmith; plus, they were done in about 20 minutes. Highly recommend Precision and Brian and Vance in particular!

My garage door was not opening and closing right. I called Perscion Garage Door Service. This is my first time using them. Luke Dials arrived within an hour of my initial phone call. He was knowledgeable, professional and easy to communicate with. He diagnosed the issues and installed a quieter opener than what I had! The light in the garage is much brighter that my last opener. Jackson was our service technician. He was able to come earlier than scheduled. He was very gregarious and nowadays to find a service provider with good customer skills is becoming rare. He got to work quickly, explained everything after his inspection. He discovered issues with the garage door that we were unaware of, which explained the problems with the garage door. The job site was left clean, we were shown how to use the new equipment and were shown what was replaced. We are very pleased with the work and worker. All moving parts of the garage door system were replaced.

Pleased is not enough to say about the quick repair service for a broken spring on a Labor day Sunday. Nicholas arrived within two hours after I found the door spring on my Clopay door had broken. I had a single spring system on a double door. I read online that a single spring is not recommended for a door that is that heavy (170#). Without mentioning that to Nicholas, he said the same thing. After this second failure in 15 years I agreed. He rebuilt the entire system with standard two springs and aligned everything also installed new quiet rollers. Super qualified installer that takes pride in his work. Much appreciated. Thanks!

David Heath was my repair person…Precision Garage Door was more than helpful…coming the same day I called, kept me informed as to the progress of my repair person coming to my house. David was absolutely the best…a great talker…let me know what he was doing, or..looking for.
