Trey was my service technician and did a wonderful job from start to finish. My garage door had no maintenance done to it for over 15 years and needed all the moving parts replaced. It is now so much quieter and safer. He even left the can to oil the hinges and rollers every 6 mos. Trey was very prompt and efficient with everything being replaced in a couple hours. My garage door had not had any maintenance for at least 15 yrs and was not able to close.Upon Trey’s recommendation many things were upgraded and replaced. My garage door is now much quieter and safe. Trey did an excellent job from beginning to end. He was a good communicator, prompt and efficient. I highly recommend Trey and Precision. I liked the 5 year warranty. The rollers, springs and cables were replaced and all hinges lubricated. And Trey gave me the lubricant to maintain the parts.

Our garage door spring broke in the morning. I went on-line and Precision popped up on a google search. I was able to easily schedule an appointment on-line. I picked later in the afternoon. Within 10 minutes of the start of the 2 hour window David your service technician called to give me a more precise time for his arrival, which was right in the middle of the two hour window. I received an automated message and then another phone call from David indicating his arrival would be within 15 minutes (still on the original timeframe he estimated in the earlier phone call). I was very impressed with the communication to let me know that you were aware of my appointment time and did everything to keep it and keep me in the loop. I haven't gotten that sort of communication from any other contractors/repairmen. As for the actual work, David was very friendly and competent. He provided three options to solve the problem. That is, minimum repair to get the broken spring repaired only, then two other options that replace some more moving parts and another that replace all moving parts of the door. The work was completed quickly and professionally. While I hope I don't need any garage door work in the near future, but if I do, I will certainly call Precision Garage Door and ask specifically for David!

I chose Precision Garage Doors because my door decided to quit working. I called them early AM ,actually had a real person on the phone to help me ,they had a technician out within an hour or so. Precision is a great company to work with. The keypad for the garage door was not working. Brian and Vance arrived within a couple hours of my call, found the problem and got it working again. They also re-keyed the release mechanism, which was on my to-do list, and saved me the trouble and expense of a locksmith; plus, they were done in about 20 minutes. Highly recommend Precision and Brian and Vance in particular!
