The technician, Matthew Bell, texted his ETA. Upon arrival he was friendly and professional and asking what the problem is. He then did his safety inspection and after explained what he found was wrong and what he had to do to fix it. He finished the repair a lot quicker than I expected.

We were having intermittent problems closing our garage door using the garage door opener. We tried to troubleshoot the problem by following instructions and videos on the door opener manufacturer’s website as well as doing an online chat with them, but couldn’t figure it out. Then we called Precision, who had originally installed both the door and the opener. They were able to send Chuck to our house within 30-60 minutes of our phone call! He asked questions about the issues we were having, checked various components of the door and opener, and made some adjustments. The door is now opening and closing properly. Brian, showed up on a Sunday morning and within an hour and a half had the door fixed with new springs, bearings and cables. He was very thorough and explained everything before he did it. I hope my door doesn’t break again, but if it does, Precision is at the top of my list.

Excellent service. The Tech, David, observed immediately that Precision Door had previously serviced my door (maybe 15 years ago?) when the springs still had a lifetime warrantee. So he replaced the spring and lubed/adjusted my door and was all finished in about 30 minutes. I couldn't be more pleased.

Tim arrived earlier than appointment time, called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Listened to me when I explained the problem. I ended up replacing the opener (it was over 25 years old) Tim explained everything to me, how the opener worked and all the details of the remote. He also helped me get the app up and running. Our garage door spring broke. So gave Precision a call. Lou was the scheduler and was able to set me up with a technician that afternoon. Tim, the technician called us to let us know he was on his way. After arriving, he discussed issue and went over options. Tim was great. He performed his work and got the door working again. Greased the rollers and hinges and recommended an annual checkup. He was very professional and didn't mind me watching him do his job. We've used Precision for all our garage door work and they've never disappointed us. Thanks again.
