Lead Estimator He has been in the garage door business since 1990. He has extensive knowledge of garage doors and can help you find the perfect door. Paul began with Precision Door in 2007 and is our longest-serving employee. Paul loves to bowl, hike and work in his yard. His philosophy of service to others in reflected in his dedication to our customers and employees, as well as his community. He is very active in his church community, serving on the board of directors, on the worship team, as a lay delegate and singing in the choir for over 15 years.

Paul was great, came to our house quickly, wasn't pushy on sales and even offered a current holiday discount we weren't aware of. We were willing to buy a new opener to go with the new door, but he assured us our current one would do the job for now, saving us hundreds. CJ installed our new in less than 2 hours, and it looks/works perfect. Will definitely be calling back for any maintenance, or when our old opener inevitably stops working in a few years.

No services performed, just great customer service! Called this morning requesting an evaluation and quote of replacement of existing garage doors and openers. In less than four hours. Sales Manager Paul was on site and schooling me in both products, my options, my costs and some peripheral considerations. Great individual, very personable and obviously very knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed his time, professionalism and no pressure. He left me with quotes for ways to accomplish replacement and while we will need to make a decision as to how to proceed, Paul left an impression that will factor positively in the decision making process.

PAUL called on us. Gave a quote & explained the product. We had another quote for less. He brought the quote to a more competitive level, not equal, but close for a little better door. He didn't want to give up. I liked the idea of a manufacturer from our Northwest area. We discussed the new motor. Ours wasn't dead yet, but my wife remembered the age--30 years old. We decided on the motor as well as the door. That makes for no surprises down the road. Paul was easy to work with, and I felt confidence in his presentation and product.

These guys did a great job. Paul was my salesman - he was professional, responded to my correspondence quickly, made sure that I got exactly what I wanted, and came over a number of times before the installation to answer questions I had about the design, install etc. I've managed 7 large construction projects over the last 8 years and have unfortunately had a number of really disappointing experices with contractors. My experience with Paul on the other hand was extrememly satisfactory. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again and again. Thanks again Paul for your great service!

Paul came promptly to our house after I called to make an appointment for a bid on new garage doors. He was very professional and helpful. I got 5 different bids from different companies to do the doors. I chose Precision Door Service to do the work because I felt like I was getting more quality for my money. After I called them to tell them I had chose them to do the work, they came within a couple of days. Brian Buchholz was the installer and he was very professional and very helpful in acquainting me with my new doors and showing me how to operate everything.
