I called on Tuesday, technician (Travis) arrived as scheduled Wednesday morning, problem addressed by noon. Travis was prompt, courteous, and clearly spelled out my options, which didn’t all involve buying a whole new opener like another company insisted was my only choice. Called Precision Door late yesterday afternoon because door was missing a key bolt and was not operating properly. Precision was able to service my door first thing this morning! The technician, Hunter, had replaced the drive on my other door a year or so ago and had done a great job, so I was happy he was still on the job and showed up today to service my other door. He even checked the remotes and replaced a light bulb for me!!! Thank you to Precision Door and Hunter.

Paul was great, came to our house quickly, wasn't pushy on sales and even offered a current holiday discount we weren't aware of. We were willing to buy a new opener to go with the new door, but he assured us our current one would do the job for now, saving us hundreds. CJ installed our new in less than 2 hours, and it looks/works perfect. Will definitely be calling back for any maintenance, or when our old opener inevitably stops working in a few years.

I used Precision for repairs on my garage door at my previous address so knew their work and reputation. Hunter is an excellent technician and extremely personable. He explained everything he did in detail and answered all my questions. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage repairs, rebuilding or a new garage door setup. Hunter checked everything and replaced the motor, springs, rollers and cables. Works like a dream and is no longer slow and noisy. What a pleasure that is.

I had used Precision Overhead Garage Door before at my former address. My daughters condo garage door needed a tune-up and I just happened to open Group-On (I had never used it before but was curious what it was about) and found a coupon for a door tune-up by Precision. I contacted Precision to find out how it worked and after she explained it to me I purchased the coupon and the technician (Hunter - a very wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable young man) came to the house and did a first class job at tuning up the door. He also explained other options to me if I wanted to do more than the coupon offered. I to update the coupon a little and wait for another time to do more. He was great to explain everything he had done and showed me anything I had questions about. The door is like new, but will do more later.

Luke was outstanding, such a delightfully nice young man. He took time to thoroughly explain how an automatic garage door opener works and what I was doing wrong which is why the door would not engage. He then explained that the door would not open because the senors were not functioning; he replaced both sensors and I am happy to say I have a fully operational garage door! I would definitely recommend Precision and will call them again when I need my garage door services. Thank you Luke!

Today we bought a coupon from Amazon Local and Ray came out this afternoon to tune up our garage door and install new rollers. He called when we were told he would and he came when he said he would and was very knowledgeable, good at his job, pleasant and a gentleman. We will call Precision and ask for Ray in the future.
