Precision Door Service exceeded our expectations with the prompt service and repair. Dave is very easy to talk with and understood the issue at hand. Not only was the requested repair completed in a short period of time, he made certain the entire installation was esthetically pleasing.

Excellent service and communications of status. The crew of technicians that did the installation of the new garage doors did a great job and left the job site clean. There were a couple panels on the doors that had dents in them from the manufacturer, so the tech pointed them out and said they will be replaced as soon as the panels are available from the manufacturer. I find the honesty and communication of the issue and fix proof of the how Precision does business with their clients. We will definitely recommend Precision to our neighbors and friends.

Our garage door was randomly opening and closing. The repairman determined the circuit board in the opener was dead. He then presented several options for a new unit. He installed the new unit very quickly and professionally. He was also very nice. He did a great job of explaining everything he was suggesting we do. The unit we bought is very, very nice. The company sent someone out the same day we contacted them. Highly recommended.

We had great service from Vance yesterday, Feb. 26, 2026. I had found the garage door opened the previous day when neither of us had been out there, and the time and date on the inside opener were wrong. We discussed with Vance the possibilities of why that might happen and we stil don't know for sure, but I asked him to check everything out. He suggested two options including to lubricate the tracks, etc. which he did. He explained exactly what he proposed to do and the cost of both options. I really appreciate the quick response and working with Vance was a pleasure!

I was incredibly impressed with them. The initial consult lasted about an hour - with the rep answering every dumb question I had, while take detailed measurements. He had given me mockups with confirmed quotes before he left. I got another quote from a different (well known) local company - where the rep spent a total of (I kid you not) 6 minutes. They were offering a Home Depot brand door at a higher price than Precision! Install day with Precision went smooth. The installers made sure I was happy with everything and cleaned up everything. I cannot recommend going with Precision enough.

We have had other companies over the years, but called Precision Doors this time. Fantastic experience! Luke was our tech and he was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and super nice. He went out of his way to help me move a few things and his work was absolutely top-notch. Furthermore, it was extremely easy to schedule the appointment and they were here the following day. The Precision team replaced 2 Garage openers today for me with Lift master 87504 and I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of work. They arrived right on time, were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was expecting 3 to 4 hours of work and they finished in a little over two. That included helping me get the online app set up and programmed. Awesome work by the guys!! Great job!

One of the springs on our garage door snapped at 5:30 PM Wednesday. I called Precision at 6:30 PM PM Wednesday and spoke with Melissa, who got me an appointment for 9-11 AM the next day. The phone call took 2 minutes. I received a phone call Thursday morning at 8:30 from the technician Jeffrey P-J saying he was on his way. He showed up at 8:50 AM. He did a complete safety inspection of the door and gave me a range of options for repair/replacement. We made our selection of a complete garage door opener overhaul. He said it would take approximately two hours. It took 1 hour and 50 minutes. He was polite, professional, and even took the time to chat with my kids. He left no mess and the door works perfectly. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his work and the quality is evident. This is the second time we've used Precision (first time was an unrelated sensor issue) and both experiences have been excellent. We won't go anywhere else for any future garage door needs.
