He found his way to the Portland area a number of years ago and is happily settled just outside of Salem along with his wife of 7 years and three children. He greatly values his family and prioritizes time with them, and that includes enjoying camping, fishing and hiking. Jacob has many years in the Garage Door Industry and comes to Precision with a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Jacob did an outstanding job!!!! Our garage door spring had broken. He totally explained what needed to be done for repair as well as the best approach for longterm maintenance. He replaced the spring, replaced the door attachment and lubricated where needed.

I had a real emergency with my door and Jacob came out within hours to evaluate it and fix it. I had no idea it was as bad as it was when he showed the frayed cables that could have snapped at any time. He was courteous, professional, personable and definitely knew what he was doing. Just had a check up on our Beautiful Garage Door that Precision Installed. Jacob, showed up on time, and was very Professional, Polite, Courteous & Knowledgeable! Garage door was basically operating just fine in my opinion, but it was a bit nosier than when originally installed. Jacob, made a few adjustments & Lubricated with Expertise & Experience. Door is now Quieter than a Church Mouse! Highly recommend Precision over ANY competitor in the Market Place!

We are very happy with the service we received from Precision Garage Doors the other day. They actually came out the same day we called in for a tune up. We have recently moved to Keizer OR, yet we have used Precision Services in the past at our old resident up in Portland, OR. Also, it was nice to get a photo of the Technician, in the email, ahead of the Service Appointment. The Technician... Jacob J. was absolutely great here in Keizer. He came on time, explained any issues he found and then brought (with our agreement) our older garage door back to updated working condition. He also installed a new keypad for us. Jacob communicated well with us from the beginning to the end and had the job completed in a short amount of time. Everything works great now...Thank you again!

I discovered that I had a broken spring on a Monday (of coarse). They were able to come the next day to fix it. The quoted prices were reasonable and I liked having multiple options. My door was old and badly in need of service so I opted for the complete overhaul package. The work was done in about an hour and the 10 year warranty gives me some much needed piece of mind. All in all I'm very happy with the quality of the work, the cost, and the speedy service. I would gladly recommend Precision.

Very professional tech knew what he is doing. Went through a 25 point exam (might be wrong wording)and tested everything. He did recommend a new battery since it was close to expo date. Rather be safe than sorry. Would definitely recommend and use again
