Jacob was born and raised on the East Coast - Maine.. He found his way to the Portland area a number of years ago and is happily settled just outside of Salem along with his wife of 7 years and three children. He greatly values his family and prioritizes time with them, and that includes enjoying camping, fishing and hiking. Jacob has many years in the Garage Door Industry and comes to Precision with a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

I called Precision Garage Door for a routine maintenance check on my 10 year old garage door system, after seeing a TV commercial that they were running a special. Jacob, the service technician who arrived was very personable and knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked out my equipment and made some adjustments. He pointed out potential problems that could occur in the future. He also commented on how well my 10 year old system is performing. For a person that I have never met before, he was like an old friend who stopped by to help. I highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.

We had another garage company out to repair our door they told us we needed a hole new door and it would be $3900.00 I new that could not be right it wasn’t that old of a door so we tried Precision they came out gave us a really decent price and they came the next morning and fix the door with in 1 hr I highly recommend them to you !

Jacob did an outstanding job!!!! Our garage door spring had broken. He totally explained what needed to be done for repair as well as the best approach for longterm maintenance. He replaced the spring, replaced the door attachment and lubricated where needed.

I discovered that I had a broken spring on a Monday (of coarse). They were able to come the next day to fix it. The quoted prices were reasonable and I liked having multiple options. My door was old and badly in need of service so I opted for the complete overhaul package. The work was done in about an hour and the 10 year warranty gives me some much needed piece of mind. All in all I'm very happy with the quality of the work, the cost, and the speedy service. I would gladly recommend Precision.
