We had an error code 4 to 6 and door didn't close and lights were flashing. Called for service and David Heath came as our tech. There was a loose wire causing the problem which had been missed through 2 previous calls. Wired had been taped together with black electrical tape which was not a good fix and ignored. He repaired with proper connectors and checked all the components in the alignment and brought back to new condition, including adjusting the spring which had been recently installed. It opens and closes now smoothly and silently which it has not before. Best service ever.

Our garage door spring broke about 4:00pm on a Wednesday with both cars stuck in the garage. I called several companies and either got an answering machine or they could not come for several days. When I called Precision Door Service, someone answered the phone, could schedule someone for the next morning and was able to give me a rough estimate of the repair. Beau was the technician who can the next morning and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, had the tools and parts, and completed the work quickly. It was very satisfying to get the work done so quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service to others and I would use them again.

In the last year I have had three garage door repairs. The last one from Precision. There service was impeccable. Earlier mistakes by other companies were explained and fixed. I did not have to necessarily have all the recommended repairs done, but I chose to do so. The technician, Nicolas, was really great. He certainly knew what he was doing. The amazing thing was I called on a Saturday morning hoping to get an appointment the following Monday or Tuesday. I could hardly believe it when they were able to come out the same day. Without their repairs I could not get my car out of the garage. Precision, and in particular, Nicolas, will be my single garage door installer.

We used precision door again and they did a wonderful job!! Jackson arrived early the day after we call and was one of the most friendly and knowledgeable employees who we have ever used. He gave us options and explained the problem so my wife could understand since I was out of town. He explained the difference if he replace or fixed the existing system. She decided to have a new system installed since it was a long term fix. He completed the in a short time and she was very impressed with the professionalism he showed.
