I contacted Precision because our garage door was acting up and hadn't been serviced in years, and because Precision is a sponsor of Oregon Public Broadcasting radio. Beau, the technician, showed up on schedule and was very professional and personable. We ended up having him conduct a major hardware retrofit and replacing the garage door opener. He completed the work this morning; so far, so good. And the opener is much quieter than the old one, which is important because it is right below our home's guest bedroom.

I called on Friday afternoon after our garage door spring broke. I had a technician scheduled the next day for between 2 and 4. The technician (Beau) showed up promptly at 2:00 and looked over our existing 20-25 year old setup. After going over all the issues he saw with our current setup, he explained everything in great detail and options we had to get us up and running. We elected to replace most of the existing system including the garage door opener. Beau did an excellent job, his knowledge of the process was obvious and his attention to detail was greatly appreciated. We could not be more happy with the result of the work that Beau did for us. contacted Precision on a late friday night our garage door programing was all out of sinc would not work. The representative Beau arrived 1 hour earlier than scheduled and arrived sat morning at 11. He was exceptional in all ways. helpful courteous, very knowledgeable and solved our problem in under 20 min. even did a safety inspection and located another area to watch. we would recommend Precision to anyone with concerns for their garage.

Our garage door spring broke about 4:00pm on a Wednesday with both cars stuck in the garage. I called several companies and either got an answering machine or they could not come for several days. When I called Precision Door Service, someone answered the phone, could schedule someone for the next morning and was able to give me a rough estimate of the repair. Beau was the technician who can the next morning and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, had the tools and parts, and completed the work quickly. A technician arrived to my house within 20 mins of my call and they are the only local company that is actually open on weekends with an added bonus, they won't upcharge for weekend repairs! When Beau, the technician, arrived, he was so kind and courteous. He answered my questions and thoroughly explained all the components of the repairs needed.
