I called on Friday afternoon after our garage door spring broke. I had a technician scheduled the next day for between 2 and 4. The technician (Beau) showed up promptly at 2:00 and looked over our existing 20-25 year old setup. After going over all the issues he saw with our current setup, he explained everything in great detail and options we had to get us up and running. We elected to replace most of the existing system including the garage door opener. Beau did an excellent job, his knowledge of the process was obvious and his attention to detail was greatly appreciated. We could not be more happy with the result of the work that Beau did for us. Our garage door spring broke about 4:00pm on a Wednesday with both cars stuck in the garage. I called several companies and either got an answering machine or they could not come for several days.
