We called Precision for a minor (we thought) replacement of a worn bottom rubber bumper on our double garage door. Precision scheduled a technician within two hours. Service tech, Beau, assessed the situation, found a failed edge hinge we were not aware of. He talked with us about repair options, gave us reasonable detailed estimates, efficiently replaced the damaged part and installed other hinges carefully. We appreciated Beau's friendly manner, technical know-how, clear communication and providing us a range of options. And, yes, the bottom rubber bumper was replaced too.
