Precision door service was great from start to finish. Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday morning and they were able to come within a couple of hours and get it fixed. Beau June was very friendly and informative and had it repaired in no time. Would definitely recommend!

Beau came out to service my existing garage door. One of the sensors was out. Due to the age of my motor and garage door system, Beau recommended a replacement of the motor system. Although it was not what I wanted to do, based on the age of it, it made sense. Beau completed it in a timely fashion and showed me everything I needed to know about it. On Saturday, December 27, my garage door spring broke and I was left unable to open my garage door. I contacted Precision Garage Door Service and was able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. I must say that Precision is the most professional and courteous organization that I have ever worked with. Our technician, Beau, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and provided a range of estimates to meet my long or short term needs. He helped me choose the right option and was able to install a new garage door opener, spring, garage door handle and remote control pads during his visit. Beau had all of the necessary parts in his truck, was fast and thorough and after the job was done, helped me configure my garage door controls including the myQ app for LiftMaster garage door openers. Every service experience should be this good!

My wife and I returned home to find that our garage door would not open. We called Precision Garage and found that a worker could be out between 4 and 6 pm that same day. He actually came just before 4 pm, quickly diagnosed a broken spring and gave us two options, a shorter term option and a long term one, which we choose. We wanted the repair to last. He went to work, replaced several components, and fixed the problem door. He also gave me instructions for maintaining the other door so as to lengthen its service life. I really appreciate his work, promptness and attention to detail.

My first experience was bad, where they charged me a service fee, but never fixed my issue and had a different company fix it My latest experience was much better. I decided to give them another chance because they were the most readily available. My spring system failed last night and I need someone to fix it next day. I was able to get a 9am appt using their online appt system. They arrived on time. Bo and Andrew were excellent. They were friendly, thorough, and explained everything to me. I didn't feel pressure on any of the upsells. They replaced my spring system in about 90 mins. They took their time and explained everything they did. I would use Precision again in the future.

Had a great experience with Precision Door Service and the Technician Beau June. My garage door needed to be repaired, and these things never happen at a good time. I was able to call Precision and make a same day appointment. Beau came out, explained the issue I was having, and offered me a clear solution to fix the problem. I was very impressed with the quality of service. Prices seemed very reasonable. My garage door motor worked but the door guides and rollers were binding and stopping part way up. I called on a Thursday. They were available the next day but I scheduled for Saturday. Beau the technician was great. Very friendly, professional, fast, showed up on time and seemed to know his stuff. He told me my options but didn’t try to hard sell me. I paid for a tune up and new rollers. Seems to be working well now. No binding and much quieter. I’m happy! I would definitely recommend Precision Door Sefvice.
