The torsion spring and cables on our garage door broke. Contacted Precision Door at 11am, had an appointment booked for noon. Our technician Beau explained everything in an easy-to-understand manner, showed me what was needed and what could be done now to mitigate problems down the road, and got everything fixed in the timeframe he offered. I'm very impressed with how easy it was to get someone out to fix our door, and will definitely come back to this business for all our garage door needs. Thanks!

Awesome service all the time. When I called, I got an appointment for the next day immediately. Beau and Robert were so nice and friendly, even my dogs loved them. Beau explained to me what happened and fixed the problem. Thank goodness it wasn't major. Thank you so much.
