Spring broke this morning. Wife’s car was trapped. Made the call. Nick showed up promptly and began his repair. He quickly and professionally repaired the previously botched installation of my 2 year old springs. He then went above and beyond to replace the arm that was too short. Found missing and loose bolts everywhere and fixed those as well. My garage door has never ran this smooth. Thank you Nick!

We called because of a faulty outside keypad and the 2 staff members were able to get out to us the very next day! After consulting with the employees, we decided to replace the garage door opener as well as the keypad. They were able to complete the entire process in just a few hours. The staff were efficient, good communicators, and very friendly. I was also impressed that they thanked me for my patronage and shook my hand; you don't see that type of professionalism much anymore.
