Joe is an excellent service representative. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain three different options for repairing my broken garage door, ranging from the least expensive repair to a complete door replacement. After evaluating the options, he reinforced my existing garage door, replaced all of the track rollers, and adjusted the spring tension to reduce the effort required to open and close the door. His work has extended the useful life of my garage door and allows me to postpone the expense of a full replacement until I can better afford it. Joe was honest, thorough, and focused on finding the solution that best fit my needs and budget. He also provided a price break and a senior discount, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Joe to anyone needing garage door service or repairs.

Spring broke this morning. Wife’s car was trapped. Made the call. Nick showed up promptly and began his repair. He quickly and professionally repaired the previously botched installation of my 2 year old springs. He then went above and beyond to replace the arm that was too short. Found missing and loose bolts everywhere and fixed those as well. My garage door has never ran this smooth. Thank you Nick!

Great job! David was here in 20 mins. Of my call and a perfect job. The cable had snapped almost completely. He replaced everything that needed to be done.He replaced the springs, the plates , rollers and cables and the drum. It’s practically brand new. Thank you for doing a great job.

Holly was helpful and quick to get someone scheduled to show up the day after Thanksgiving, so service was very fast. The technician Bo was extremely pleasant and professional. What a great experience I had with Precision Garage Door Service! Right from the beginning to the end of replacing my two garage doors, everything was ordered and installed in the time frame they provided. Trey was amazing! We heard about Precision from a family member who was pleased with their service. When our dilapidated garage door broke, we called Precision, too. So happy we did! Trey was here within a couple of hours (he called us along the way to give us an expected time) and rescued our stuck vehicle. Tomorrow we will be ordering new garage doors from Precision, too.
