I contacted Precision Door due to a problem with my garage door not closing. I received a service call from Chuck the next day. He was courteous, professional and friendly. After troubleshooting the garage door opener issue, Chuck explained to me the options available for both repair and replacing the unit. I felt in the long run that the replacement option was the best and that it was a reasonable price. Chuck finished replacing it in about 45 minutes and did a great job.

They will not price match and charge more the others for the same service. You are hounded for a review subsequent to service. They attempt to sell you extremely expensive upgrades before the service is performed! Not impressed!

Brian was here this morning to perform my annual maintenance. Once again he had a great tip for me concerning the light bulbs in my opener. He told me about the LED garage opener bulbs sold at Home Depot. Apparently they don’t loosen with the vibration when the door is moving, and they last much longer because they’re LED. He has come to my home many times for my annual maintenance. Gotta say, he is my favorite!! I have been a customer of Precision Door Service for many years, and wouldn’t even consider using anyone else. They have consistently provided exceptional customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone who requires garage door service.

I had scheduled an appointment to have somebody take a look at my garage door opener that was no longer responding to commands from the remote. Joe was the technician who came out. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He came up with several repair and replacement options and explained the pros and cons of each. We decided to replace the units and he got right to work. He quickly replaced 2 units, set up all the remotes, and walked me through how to use everything. Joe was very polite and courteous throughout the whole process. He was great to work with and I would highly recommend.
