I bought a new car and had lost our garage door remote so I called Precision and they came right out with a new remote and they also programmed my car for me. Robert was very professional and a joy to work with. Highly recommend them for any service you need.

Precision came recommended to me by my Mom and I was pleased with their service. Vance came out and did an excellent job resolving my issues. The spring broke, but the whole garage door needed some updating, which he took care of. Vance was polite, professional, helpful, and efficient. I'll be using Precision again, but hopefully no time soon thanks to the great work that was done on this visit.

We continue to be so impressed with Precision Garage Door. We had a broken spring on Friday night and their dispatcher booked us an appointment on Saturday at no extra charge for Saturday service plus the spring was under warranty. Scott Kern was our technician and he was excellent. Arrived right on time and promptly replaced our broken spring. Very efficient and pleasant to work with. Our Father's Day weekend was not impacted due to a broken spring and we are thrilled. Precision provides great products, service and value plus they back up their products. We highly recommend! Beau Was efficient and quick in recommendations for our 2 garage doors that were showing wear in the cabling and rollers. It was one of the things homeowners really don't want to face. He was neat and tidy with replacing the complete parts for each door. He finished in the exact time he quoted.

Colby, from Precision, awesome. He was on-site to repair the original door. During his inspection, he mentioned that the opener motor and arm were "older" than he was, almost. (1999) I decided to replace the motor/arm and am glad we did. Much more efficient and no longer a concern about the old unit.

Precision Garage Door Service did a great job! It was easy to call and talk with a live operator and then have Chuck come out and fix the problem. Our service technician, Samuel Moan, contacted me with an estimated arrival time and actually arrived much sooner than expected. Sam introduced himself and started his inspection asking detailed questions regarding the problem we were experiencing. My garage door had not had any maintenance for at least 15 yrs and was not able to close.Upon Trey’s recommendation many things were upgraded and replaced. My garage door is now much quieter and safe. Trey did an excellent job from beginning to end. He was a good communicator, prompt and efficient. I highly recommend Trey and Precision. I liked the 5 year warranty. The rollers, springs and cables were replaced and all hinges lubricated. And Trey gave me the lubricant to maintain the parts.
