Luke the technician was Fast, Professional, and Courteous. His workmanship is high quality. A year ago Precision Garage Door Service replaced opener, rollers and spring. 1 Year later... Free of charge, They warranty replaced one of the rollers. Additionally, lubricated the door hinges, rollers and rails.

A technician arrived to my house within 20 mins of my call and they are the only local company that is actually open on weekends with an added bonus, they won't upcharge for weekend repairs! When Beau, the technician, arrived, he was so kind and courteous. He answered my questions and thoroughly explained all the components of the repairs needed. He also offered me a teacher discount on my service. He was done within 2 hrs which included warm conversation, configuring an estimate, performing the actual repair and cleanup. We had a new garage door opener installed by Joe Igla and he did an amazing job. Not only great workmanship but excellent/clear communications and customer service throughout the entire process. I also very much appreciated that Precision was able to book us an appointment so quickly (in just a day or two after I initially called) - and Joe was even able to arrive early to our house (after checking in with me to ensure that it worked for us). Overall extremely satisfied!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The office manager/ receptionist who handled my initial phone call was friendly, professional, and made the process incredibly seamless. Their TV advertisement is 100% spot on! They do offer same-day service! I made my phone call at 2:10 pm on Friday afternoon and by 3:45, Luke (service technician) pulled into my driveway.
