We needed a service on both of our garage doors, plus a new opener installed on one of them. Jeffrey was a delight when he showed up, on time in the freezing cold, and was courteous, kind, and honest the entire time he worked at our house. We appreciated his candor when talking about the specific type of garage doors we have and their special retainers. He didn't try to sell us on a sub-par solution, but offered to help troubleshoot what may work, with the caveat that it may not. He was incredibly tidy with his work, which we were very thankful for - even though it's a garage, it doesn't need to look sloppy. We are loving how quiet the new opener is (can't go wrong with a jackshaft), along with the new rollers and lubrication of all of the bearings. This is our second time having work done by Precision, and we will be happy to call them again for any garage door needs.

In the last year I have had three garage door repairs. The last one from Precision. There service was impeccable. Earlier mistakes by other companies were explained and fixed. I did not have to necessarily have all the recommended repairs done, but I chose to do so. The technician, Nicolas, was really great. He certainly knew what he was doing. The amazing thing was I called on a Saturday morning hoping to get an appointment the following Monday or Tuesday. I could hardly believe it when they were able to come out the same day. Without their repairs I could not get my car out of the garage. Precision, and in particular, Nicolas, will be my single garage door installer.

I called because my garage door opener was broken. They managed to send Sam, the repair person, out within 2 hours of my call. I was totally impressed. Sam determined my old opener was not repairable and he gave me 3 options for replacement. I picked one and he installed it within 2 hours. After he was finished, he went over the operation of the new opener and also synced in with my Mazda so I can operate it from my car. In all, I am total satisfied with the service I received. Sam did an excellent job and should be commended. This isn't my first experience with Precision and they will definitely be my choice in the future if I need more work done. Thanks

On Saturday, December 27, my garage door spring broke and I was left unable to open my garage door. I contacted Precision Garage Door Service and was able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. I must say that Precision is the most professional and courteous organization that I have ever worked with. Our technician, Beau, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and provided a range of estimates to meet my long or short term needs. He helped me choose the right option and was able to install a new garage door opener, spring, garage door handle and remote control pads during his visit. Beau had all of the necessary parts in his truck, was fast and thorough and after the job was done, helped me configure my garage door controls including the myQ app for LiftMaster garage door openers. Every service experience should be this good!

The spring on the door broke at 3:05 pm on a Saturday. I called , spoke to Angel and she assured me that a technician would be able to fix the garage door that afternoon. Jackson with Precision arrived at 4:00 pm! He was extremely polite, assured me he could repair the door and had the job completed by 5:05 pm. We have an very old plywood garage door. A couple of rollers were missing and one fell out on Christmas Eve. I called a couple places to get a quote over the phone and schedule for repair ( I assumed the day after Christmas). To my surprise, Precision Garage Door Service not only gave me a reasonable quote, but when I asked them when we could schedule the repair, they said how about 2 to 4 hours from now. Wow! Just like their TV commercials.... Our technician Chuck Hunt was extremely pleasant and provided us with a lot of information. It is clear we really need new garage doors and openers, however there was no high pressure sales, just clear basic information. Please send Chuck again, when we do decide to have new doors installed.

The service was great! I called late in the day when I realized there was a broken spring. They sent someone out early the next day. The technician was great and explained everything so I could understand. Two weeks prior to this spring breaking, (I have 2 springs on my door) the other one broke. I called the company I have used for years and they came out and replaced it. I wasn't too happy with them and found out the company had changed hands since I last used them 2 years ago. When I called them, they answered the phone with the same company name I had used. It wasn't until the technician got here that I found out about the change in ownership and name. Kind of misleading. The technician replaced the spring and didn't adjust the system. When the other one broke I decided to try Precision, and Im glad I did. And the bonus...$100 cheaper and better service!
