Our garage door stopped working around 1145 and David H to check our garage. He gave us options on how to do the garage and was very knowledgeable about what needs to be done.We chose to overhaul our garage and he was able to fix our garage door in an hour. He was also able to impart information on what work was done to the garage door. He also showed me how to maintain it, and when to call them (we chose to get the option with 10 year warranty. We are happy that our garage door is fixed and is not loud anymore.

Precision Garage Door Service did a fantastic job on our project. They replaced two garage door openers and upgraded our garage door spring, bearings and rollers on one of the doors. Our Technician Jackson Autry was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great confidence in his assessment of our setup and needs. He was not pushy on what we ended up deciding to change out. He was very personable, friendly and easy to work with. We called them late this morning and Jackson was at our home within an hour. After deciding what we wanted done, they were able to do the job the same day. I will definitely use Precision in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing work on their garage doors. I chose Precision Garage Doors because my door decided to quit working. I called them early AM ,actually had a real person on the phone to help me ,they had a technician out within an hour or so. Scott was the technician, a very courteous and knowledgeable young man. He went through everything then we went over findings together. There were choices but I choose to replace unit with new one. He had me back in business in 2 hours. He walked me through the operation of the unit making sure I understood everything. I would highly recommend these folks. Thanks Scott!

Precision is a great company to work with. The keypad for the garage door was not working. Brian and Vance arrived within a couple hours of my call, found the problem and got it working again. They also re-keyed the release mechanism, which was on my to-do list, and saved me the trouble and expense of a locksmith; plus, they were done in about 20 minutes. Highly recommend Precision and Brian and Vance in particular!

I had a door installed 3 years ago from precision and noticed an issue this morning that was of concern. I called around 11am to request service and the kind and professional woman I spoke to informed me that she could have someone to come repair it within a few hours. David Heath arrived right on time, was very professional, polite and thorough in the work provided. When I asked for the bill, David informed me that precision stands by their warranty and today’s visit would cost me nothing. Outstanding service. We called at 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon, Chuck was here by 6pm and work was completed by 7pm. No service or late day fee!! Chuck Hunt was professional, polite and resolved our issue quickly. We could see the spring on the door was broken, he examined all parts and made recommendations. He reviewed 3 options for us, answered questions and explained each option. This is the 2nd time we've used Precision, we wouldn't use any other service.

Luke Dials was the employee that came to my home today to fix my garage door. He was kind, knowledgeable and thorough. We even joked about our Ducks/Beavers likings. He fixed the garage door and then explained what he did and showed me, as well. When your automatic garage door isn't working who do you call - well I chose Precision Garage Door Service of Beaverton and the whole experience was amazing. From my initial phone call to the technician arriving in the next half hour - yes they responded that fast - the technician was super friendly, very helpful and once he assessed the problem, he gave us several options to chose from to fix the problem. Nick was amazing. I needed extra garage door openers for everyone that we have coming and going, and we had a bolt that would occasionally come loose and we would have to re-screw it into place. Nick came out, same day, I got 2 new openers - he programmed them, he added an additional nut to keep the other nut from coming loose, AND he helped to set up the App on my phone and make sure that homelink wasn’t available on any of our vehicles so he could help to program those as well. Very thorough, super friendly service. Could not recommend highly enough :)
