The person who came to look at the door had already been to Inspiration Garden and done an excellent job replacing the outdoor pad to open the garage door some months ago. Jacob came to the Garden shortly after a call for help. He diagnosed the problem quickly, showing us the issue with the motor that controls the door. He then replaced the mechanism and was done before noon. The door is working again!

Dear Precision Door Service Precision Garage door does not disappoint when it comes to customer service. I called Brad Blocker and he put me in touch with Scott Kern the technician who would be coming out to fix my door. Scott sent me a picture of himself and the time he would be coming to my house. This I found very reassuring due to the fact that I would be aware of who was representing Precision for the appointment. Scott Kern called and introduced himself informed me he was at anther job and would be at my house by five o'clock to fix my garage door. Scott was right on time and with in 20 min the door was fixed my garage door opener now works, both springs on the door were replaced and my garage door is working properly again. This was done same day the garage door went down with a big bang. In this day an age I find that customer service is lacking in so many industries but I now know that Precision Garage Door Service holds a standard of excellent service and understanding of customers needs. Scott Kern is a very good representative of your company he was kind, courteous and even remembered working on my brothers garage door. Prompt and excellent service. Richard was very knowledgeable and efficient in replacing the worn out door lock box and bearings and springs showing wear. He had to make an extra trip to the warehouse for the lock box. He did all this in record time!

We had an error code 4 to 6 and door didn't close and lights were flashing. Called for service and David Heath came as our tech. There was a loose wire causing the problem which had been missed through 2 previous calls. Wired had been taped together with black electrical tape which was not a good fix and ignored. He repaired with proper connectors and checked all the components in the alignment and brought back to new condition, including adjusting the spring which had been recently installed. It opens and closes now smoothly and silently which it has not before. Best service ever.

We had a very old and unsafe garage door spring system that broke. Vance at Precision was quick to come out and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He did an excellent job of thoroughly explaining solution options to someone who knows nothing about garage doors. He provided different options, gave estimated timeframes and costs, and thoroughly explained the steps he was taking along the way. Though we only went with repair work due to economic uncertainties right now, we’re looking forward to exploring possible replacement garage door options down the road. 5 Star all around! Our garage door spring broke & after reading the reviews for Precision, I gave them a call. They scheduled me same day. David was on time, professional & friendly. After he inspected the door & opener I was given 3 service options as well as a quote for a new opener, which I had requested due to our opener was 25+ yrs old. David explained the difference in each quote and the pros & cons. I was never pressured to choose the more expensive option and there were no hidden fees. The decision of what I wanted/needed was fully mine & I felt confident in my choice due to David taking the time to explain the options so I understood them. A couple of hours later I had a brand new opener & full repair/replacement of the spring, cables, etc. My new opener is so quiet & works like a dream! I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Precision for all your garage repair/replace needs!
