Both of my garage door openers were inoperable after 30 years. They came out in the late afternoon. Told me they could get a whole new system for both doors installed the same day. Gave me a reasonable quote. I had already checked them out with the Oregon contractors board, and they had no complaints after 10 years. The work was done that evening. I was very happy with the install.

I signed up for the 8-noon service window. At 7:50, the technician, Chuck, called to say he'd be there in 15 minutes. At 8:05, he pulled up. Chuck was friendly and efficient. He performed the tune up in no time flat. It was a great experience and I will use Precision again.

I called Precision to schedule an appt for my garage door that broke. They were able to have a tech come over right away & Chuck arrived within 30 minutes after my call. He explained thoroughly what he needed to do to fix our door. He had our door fixed within a half hour!! Works perfectly now!

There was some internal miscommunication on their end, but they fixed it, stayed till the work was done, and didn't even think of revising the bid. Our garage door sensor accidently got bumped so the door would not go down properly. Called Precision Door and they were able to get a tech out within 2 hours. He was able to adjust the "door eye" sensor in a few minutes.

My garage door came off the track around 5:00pm. (My error) I called Precision and they dispatched someone to me that evening! Chuck arrived right when he said he would. Was very pleasant, kind and professional. He got right to work and repaired the garage door witjin 10 minutes! I was very appreciative! I am looking to upgrade and replace my garage doors in the near future. I will be contacting Precision for that.
