Luke Dials was the employee that came to my home today to fix my garage door. He was kind, knowledgeable and thorough. We even joked about our Ducks/Beavers likings. He fixed the garage door and then explained what he did and showed me, as well. Travis was great. He went through all the options for repairing the door that just happen to break today. The spring broke, cable started to fray. One cable came off. I chose the option that fit the door and my needs at the moment. Learned a lot that I feel realtors should tell home owners, especially first time home owner as myself. Travis was efficient and fixed it fast. (Showed me too where it needs to be lubricated, I had no idea.)

Selected Precision Door service based on a large number of positive reviews and a good, clear, informative website. Due to a damaged single garage door decided to replace both the single & double doors. Victor from sales showed me many options and i made a selection based on style and budget. All in all total cost turned out to be better than i had expected (even comparing with Home Depot/ Lowe's and taking install / removal of old doors in to account). Selected Sandstone for color which ended up looking very nice with my brick fascia. Once the job was finished the install team helped me maneuver my non running car back in to position, which was a big help. Got clear tips on how to maintain the doors, track system & my old existing motor too. Would definitely use them again based on a great price and quality service.

I called to set up an appointment thinking it would be a week or 2 since I was calling on a Saturday but 2 hours later Dan showed up, did the tune up on our garage door opener and got everything running just right.
