The Tech showed up on time and did a quick review. The estimate was $100 less then an estimate I received a year ago from another company. He also said that the garage door spring (over 15 years old) should be replaced. Low pressure and the total estimate for the two jobs (spring replacement and new rollers) was $550 after a $50 on the spot discount for being a new customer. All work was completed within an hour. The tech was very friendly and the cost reasonable. Highly recommend.

Absolutely great experience from the online scheduling tool to Colby the technician. His great communication skills to his attention to detail, I am very highly pleased. He did a complete overhaul of the OHD system and explained the quality of the parts used that allows their 10 year warranty. Springs, rollers, bearings and cables were all replaced. He worked efficiently and was a very pleasant fellow to work with. I highly recommend Precision.

Very prompt service response. Booked on line at 2:30 PM and Jackson arrived by 3:30 PM. He explained our options for the repairs needed gave us 4 options. Explained the options thoroughly and then let us decide with no pressure. Told the total cost of all options and how long it would take. We picked the option that was best for our needs. He went to work finishing 2 hours after his arrival. We were very pleased with him and his work. Highly recommend!!

Luke Dials was the representative that came to my house to assess why the garage door made so much noise when opening & closing. He has the right personality and skills: he really listened to the concerns of me as a customer, and to provide the solutions needed. Both are highly valued by me. He did a complete repair (lubricating the door) and then took the time to do a deep dive explanation of all aspects of the door, remotes, keypads, and gave me an explained my job to keep the door 'greased'....now I am better informed and understand what makes the door operate correctly. My garage door stopped closing, and it was making a horrible noise. I researched a couple of companies and found Precision got consistently good reviews. I went to their website and was amazed I was able to make an appointment for the next day. Booking the appointment was painless. Today, Luke came out and looked over my garage door. Luke was awesome. Very personable and easy to talk with. I will be replacing the garage door and will post an update when it is done!

Precision came in December ‘24, did a tuneup. This morning I went to walk my dog and garage door key pad stopped working and would not close…I got remote from car and closed then took with me, when returned key pad did not work ( good thing had remote with me ) called Precision, they came out within a few hours…Brian ( technician ) was so helpful explaining things and he got things working great…highly recommend him for any needs

But on the day of the appointment. I received another text, with the name of the service tech and his picture. Providing that form of communication, is exceptional! They are very johnny on the spot and even come out on weekends, which i love. They're also very nice. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they kinda dinged me monetarily. They were out about a year ago and offered to upgrade the rollers or the entire spring system. My spring system was working so I took him up on the rollers. What he failed to mention is that when the spring system eventually went out, I'm forced to replace it with a fully boxed upgrade that makes me buy rollers again. Had he been upfront with that reality a year ago, I would have just done it all instead of literally throwing away 400$ that the new guy just replaced today. Even when I asked him if i wasted my money back then, he said 'essentially'. Again, they do a good job overall but I hope they'll adjust their process to tell a complete story if you're going to offer upgrades or preventative maintenance. It's honestly better for both parties

I called Precision because my garage door would not close. They were there within the hour. (Just like the commercial says!) Jeffrey was very polite and helpful. He went right to work diagnosing the problem. Turns out that it was an electrical problem, so Jeffrey could not actually solve the entire problem, but he was able to hook the garage door opener up with an extension cord until an electrician can come to fix the bigger problem. He also did a full service on the doors to the garage and on our shop. GOOD JOB JEFFREY! Give that boy a raise.
