5 Star all around! Our garage door spring broke & after reading the reviews for Precision, I gave them a call. They scheduled me same day. David was on time, professional & friendly. After he inspected the door & opener I was given 3 service options as well as a quote for a new opener, which I had requested due to our opener was 25+ yrs old. David explained the difference in each quote and the pros & cons. I was never pressured to choose the more expensive option and there were no hidden fees. The decision of what I wanted/needed was fully mine & I felt confident in my choice due to David taking the time to explain the options so I understood them. A couple of hours later I had a brand new opener & full repair/replacement of the spring, cables, etc. My new opener is so quiet & works like a dream! I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Precision for all your garage repair/replace needs!

I picked them because their name came to mind from advertising. I had to change my sppointb3 times and the girl on the phone was more than helpful and was able to get me on the schedule today. She was so nice and I was embarrassed that I changed it so often and she assured me it was no issue. Vance was very professional. Explained 5 different options to me with no pressure to buy anything, I chose the 20 year plan and he was so good about explaining everything he did in great detail. Very personable. I would give your phone servíce and Vance both 10 stars if I could. I’d be happy to recommend your services to others. Hopefully I’m good for quite awhile but will call again if needed.

My garage door broke on a Saturday morning at 10 AM. I had a technician out at my house by 2 PM and it only took 45 minutes to install the new springs. My technician Nicholas was hands-down the best customer service I’ve received in a very long time. Thank you to Precision for your prompt service to fix our garage door. I was so appreciative for same day service. A technician arrived to my house within 20 mins of my call and they are the only local company that is actually open on weekends with an added bonus, they won't upcharge for weekend repairs! When Beau, the technician, arrived, he was so kind and courteous. He answered my questions and thoroughly explained all the components of the repairs needed. He also offered me a teacher discount on my service. He was done within 2 hrs which included warm conversation, configuring an estimate, performing the actual repair and cleanup. I would definitely use Precision for any future garage door repairs or upgrades.

Wasted my time! Didn't do the work. Tried to up sell me on various parts that were working fine. Suggested changing parts that have many years left in them. Just wanted a spring replacement at the original price quoted. Up sell was 3 times higher! Then said he couldn't do the work because I rent the home which should have been disclosed at the time of booking. Will never use or recommend this company. Bait and switch!

Brian and Ben came to take a look at my two garage doors today. They explained some different options and were able to fix both doors while they were there. I didn't need to replace the doors themselves which I was very glad to hear. We just had an issue yesterday with our garage door that’s almost 30 years old. We called for an appointment, and first off much to our surprise they had an opening for that afternoon. Of course we said yes to that! The technician that came out Jeffery was first very nice, we started telling him what happened… and right away he said he'd look at it to see if he could fix it rather than a replace it. We feel like most places would go automatically to replace it for the money aspect of it all. He checked everything over for the safety end of it.,..told us he could fix the door itself. He then figured three different prices for us. He had a good, better, best prices, and what would be done on each one. We choose the one we felt was best for us, and he did a fantastic job! He was not only patient with us asking question's of him, but left everything clean, and showed us what to do in the future to maintain a good working system! Setting up an appointment to look at our garage door issues was easy and they came out very quickly. Scott was very good as quite knowledgeable on all aspects, explained likely issues and why and how to fix them and with our approval had the door working well again in less than an hour. Luke Dials was the employee that came to my home today to fix my garage door. He was kind, knowledgeable and thorough. We even joked about our Ducks/Beavers likings. He fixed the garage door and then explained what he did and showed me, as well.
