Precision Garage Door installed our new gorgeous doors last year. I noticed that one of them was not going up all the way on the track and called this morning. They had a tech over within a couple of hours and he had the minor change fixed quickly but still did a full review of all parts of the door just to see if anything else needed looked at. Mike was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. All work/parts are covered under warranty. Is a pleasure to do business with a company like this. Thank you!

We get great service from Precision. We don't have problems with our doors often but when they do it's always easy to get them out to our house to resolve it quickly. I highly recommend them. Luke came out last time and was really helpful with advice about getting the most from our garage door openers.

Our garage door failed closed as we were headed out to a dinner engagement with our son and daughter-in-law. Our cars were trapped in the garage and they had to come pick us up. We called Precision Garage Door Service and they came the next day to completely replace all moving parts (springs, rollers, cables, remotes and key pad) and made the repair in under two hours. The technicians were very efficient and professional. We could not have been more pleased with the timeliness of the response and the quality of the work. The springs, rollers and cables all gave out on my garage door. The Precision Team (Scott, along with another fellow who is still in training - I didn't catch his name) did a great job of assessing the needs, informing me of my options , and ultimately replacing the old broken parts with new, more solid parts. They were friendly and worked non-stop until the job was done. I would recommend them and call them back for other repairs or replacements in the future.

Absolutely awesome service. Brian and Beau came to my house as promised, on time. There's nothing as disheartening as coming home from work and realizing your garage door doesn’t work. I drove to one of the home supply stores near by hoping for quick help. As I was waiting there, with nobody showing up to help me, I went to Google and searched. In no time I was able to book appointment online for the same day. I walked out of the said store before anyone came to help me. Brian came by with Beau, both professional and Brian was so knowledgeable. He provided me with 3 different options, not trying to sell anything but just providing the facts which I appreciated so much. How many times do you get people who give you options without making you feel a pressure to get the most expensive one? Brian was the ultimate professional providing me with useful tips. In one hour my garage door was fixed and I couldn’t be happier. Beau showed me what to use if I wanted to do the maintenance myself (stop laughing, I’m a woman, I never knew you had to do maintenance on a garage door). I truly recommend this company and these guys. Price was absolutely fair and service was outstanding.
