Very quick response to my service request - I could not get the garage door open and my car was inside! I called the company who installed the door first. They said it would likely be over a week to get out and look at it. Precision was out and fixed the door within 2 hours. The cost to fix it was established after scoping the work and parts, and I thought the price was reasonable. Pete

Hayden came out and performed a broken spring repair. He was prompt and vert professional, also identified additional safety hazards on our garage system and was able to repair the spring and roller bar. He also inspected our adjacent doors to ensure they're in proper working order and what items to look out for and replace at some point in the future. Thank you for an awesome job.

Hayden came out today to do an assessment on our garage doors and the the LiftMaster openers. He did a 10-15 minute review gave me detailed feedback and suggestions and what to consider with each option. Very easy to work with, very clear in his recommendations. We decided to replace both LiftMasters he finished the work in three hours helped us sync them with our cars and reviewed all the new features. We have used a ton of service people but Hayden was the best for all the reasons I mentioned above. So I highly recommend Hayden and Precision Door Service!

Today, years after my initial installation I received an email from Precision. I was informed that they would waive the inspection fee on my doors and fix minor issues. A service company is only as good as the people - mainly the technicians. I have been lucky to have Luke in the Portland branch service my system twice, four years apart. Professional, sharp and pleasant. Frankly, that goes for their office staff too. Their people are happy where they work and that says a lot, too!!!!

Our 20 year old garage door opener needed to be replaced, and Luke was the person to do it! He was super communicative and professional, gave us lots of options, made improvements that didn't cost anything extra, and took the time to help with the app and setting up the remotes in our cars. We got an appointment same day, the technician Boe arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and gave us several options to choose from. He installed a new motor, door springs, roller and sensors very quickly and did quality work. So much quieter than the almost 30-year-old one he replaced.
