A service company is only as good as the people - mainly the technicians. I have been lucky to have Luke in the Portland branch service my system twice, four years apart. Professional, sharp and pleasant. Frankly, that goes for their office staff too. Their people are happy where they work and that says a lot, too!!!!

Our 20 year old garage door opener needed to be replaced, and Luke was the person to do it! He was super communicative and professional, gave us lots of options, made improvements that didn't cost anything extra, and took the time to help with the app and setting up the remotes in our cars. The new garage door opener is whisper quiet and is working like a charm. I would trust Luke to come out anytime to assist with our garage door needs.

We got an appointment same day, the technician Boe arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and gave us several options to choose from. He installed a new motor, door springs, roller and sensors very quickly and did quality work. So much quieter than the almost 30-year-old one he replaced. I would highly recommend Precision Garage door Service to anyone looking to repair or upgrade their existing stuff!!

Our garage door spring broke Saturday evening, called Precision about 8 Sunday morning. Trey came out by 10 am, very professional and friendly! Door was repaired within the hour. Was surprised we could get anyone out on a Sunday, and so promptly! Excellent service!

The Precision technician, Trey, was extremely professional and efficient. He explained the problem and offered several solutions, including the cost. Once the replacement opener had been selected, the installation went quickly and smoothly. Trey then explained the various options for the operation of the opener and assisted in the installation of the APP. The entire process took less than two hours and I am extremely pleased with the result.

Precision Garage was a pleasure to work with today. They were able to come out within two hours of contacting them with a garage door that wasn't opening. Hayden was professional and very efficient. The issue was diagnosed and then resolved within an hour. Definitely recommend their services.
