We were locked into our garage (door wouldn't open), and Precision Team was super-responsive. They answered our initial call on the first ring, had a 2-hour window scheduled within 20 minutes, and Colby arrived within 90 minutes of our call. He was courteous, professional and friendly; he quickly diagnosed the problem (broken spring) and set to work. Once finished replacing broken spring + all rollers etc., he took the time to inform us about maintenance schedule going forward, including what products to use and where / how to apply. (He also let us know that we can have this done regularly by Precision if we prefer they do it). Other than the "rude awakening" start to the day, a really positive experience -- A+!

No one wants to have problems with their garage door. There was an obvious broken spring. I found Precision using a Google search and liked the way they described their business. I used the web based schedular and was able to schedule an appointment the next morning at a convenient time. I got a call from Jackson to give me a heads up when he was about 15 minutes away. When he arrived he inspected the entire garage door system and we talked about alternatives and I selected the services that I wanted. I then went inside to play with our dogs while he fixed everything using supplies he already had in his truck. Everything was very convenient. When he was done we opened and closed the door several times while I looked at things that were replaced. The door works perffectly and also looks and sounds much better. I am very happy with Precision and Jackson.

Luke was top notch and the difference was night and day! Luke showed and explained the reason things failed and suggested a solution that keep our charming mid-century garage doors, but corrected and updated all of the moving parts and adjusted the sensors to keep everyone safer. Now, instead of sounding like a freight train is running through our garage when opening and closing, the door action is so smooth that it's nearly silent. Precision Garage Door replaced broken springs several years ago and threw in some extras. This call was for a basic inspection as it's been about 5 years since, and our door is activated multiple times a day. I loved that their office phone is answered by a real polite and service-friendly person. I was scheduled for service the very next day. The technician was very experienced and knowledgeable. Granted, my opener is 11 years old, it is no longer produced, but still functional. My real complaint was the noise while in operation and the lurching when activated. Replacing the rollers and tuning the motor to adjust tightness in the chain cured the clanky functionality and transformed this system like never before. Best decision ever!

We had a 20 year old garage motor and all the other parts were probably just as old. The spring had split and the cables snapped so we needed it fixed ASAP. The customer service rep was great in getting me set up with a tech. They were quick and came by in about 30 minutes. Nick, the technician, was incredible. He got the work done and done right.
