I contacted Precision because our garage door was acting up and hadn't been serviced in years, and because Precision is a sponsor of Oregon Public Broadcasting radio. Beau, the technician, showed up on schedule and was very professional and personable. We ended up having him conduct a major hardware retrofit and replacing the garage door opener. He completed the work this morning; so far, so good. And the opener is much quieter than the old one, which is important because it is right below our home's guest bedroom.

Nicholas was on time for the appointment and was very professional in appearance and proficient with the repair. He recognized the problem the first time the door opened. Jeffrey came out this afternoon to service my garage door which was noisy. He pointed out that several of my rollers were getting worn and in fact one had recently popped out of the track but I put it back myself. He replaced all the rollers and lubricated everything and now my garage door is much quieter! Jeffrey also showed me points to lubricate in the future to make sure it is running nice and smoothly.

Sam did a great job making sure our garage door worked to perfection. He lubricated all the joints, made sure the lights were set right and checked the springs to make sure they balanced the door correctly. It was a great Fathers Day Present.

Was taken care of the same day, with a morning appointment, by a technician that listened to me babble about what was happening. I was presented with three options for three repair; a three year warranty, a six year warranty, and a 10 year warranty. I've had issues with this door before so I opted for the 10 year warranty. Now my door is quiet and working. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that asks. Thank you guys for helping!

Dave showed up right on time. He dove right in checking out my door. Basically, all my garage door problems were caused by technicians I found on that LIST that used to charge a fee but don’t any more:The new springs installed were not torqued correctly, so the the door motor could barely lift the door, cables were off balance so the door did not close flat, and my electronic beams were at least twenty years old so on a sunny day the door would not go down. Dave gave me a price that was very fair so the estimate turned into a work order! Dave helped me get on their website so I could use a coupon to a save some money. The job was done beyond my expectations! Dave has seen everything that can go wrong with a garage door and he can fix it the first time at a fair price. Score 10 out of 10
