When our spring broke yesterday morning and the garage door company, I've used in the past was closed, the first company that came to mind was precision and their commercials where they say "fully stocked ready to rock" - so I called. The representative looked at the booking calendar and asked how about now for them to come out. Robert (and yes, he's in the commercial) showed up in a matter of 30 minutes and was done an hour later. New springs, stranded cable and bearings done. Precision is the real deal. I chose Precision Garage Doors because my door decided to quit working. I called them early AM ,actually had a real person on the phone to help me ,they had a technician out within an hour or so. Scott was the technician, a very courteous and knowledgeable young man. He went through everything then we went over findings together. There were choices but I choose to replace unit with new one. He had me back in business in 2 hours. He walked me through the operation of the unit making sure I understood everything. I would highly recommend these folks. Thanks Scott!

Precision is a great company to work with. The keypad for the garage door was not working. Brian and Vance arrived within a couple hours of my call, found the problem and got it working again. They also re-keyed the release mechanism, which was on my to-do list, and saved me the trouble and expense of a locksmith; plus, they were done in about 20 minutes. Highly recommend Precision and Brian and Vance in particular!

I called around 3pm on a Sunday after our garage door stopped working and they sent Robert to our house in less than one hour and our door was fixed before dinner. In the last year I have had three garage door repairs. The last one from Precision. There service was impeccable. Earlier mistakes by other companies were explained and fixed. I did not have to necessarily have all the recommended repairs done, but I chose to do so. The technician, Nicolas, was really great. He certainly knew what he was doing. The amazing thing was I called on a Saturday morning hoping to get an appointment the following Monday or Tuesday. I could hardly believe it when they were able to come out the same day. Without their repairs I could not get my car out of the garage. Precision, and in particular, Nicolas, will be my single garage door installer.

I called because my garage door opener was broken. They managed to send Sam, the repair person, out within 2 hours of my call. I was totally impressed. Sam determined my old opener was not repairable and he gave me 3 options for replacement. I picked one and he installed it within 2 hours. After he was finished, he went over the operation of the new opener and also synced in with my Mazda so I can operate it from my car. In all, I am total satisfied with the service I received. Sam did an excellent job and should be commended. This isn't my first experience with Precision and they will definitely be my choice in the future if I need more work done. Thanks

My garage door spring broke today. When it called I told the person who schedules that my cars were in the garage and I could not get them out. She scheduled Nicholas to come between 12-2pm. Shortly Nicholas called and said, he had finished the job he was working on and said, he could come right over. He gave me a number of options to fix my door. Did the work in a timely manner. We checked to make sure everything was working properly. He gave me his card and said, to call him if I had any issues. I have had Precision staff come out previously and have been very satisfied with their service

My garage door was not working and needed maintenance. I contacted Precision and they had a repair tech to my home in about 2 hours. Nick the repair tech did a great job and returned the door mechanism to like new operation. Extremely satisfied with final repair!

My spring broke and Precision was able to come same day which was great. However, my garage broke in the down position which left a tight fit for work inside my garage. I replaced both springs per their advice, rollers, tightened chain, and greased everything up. Although it seemed to have gone well, I’ve found the following: -garage door stopped working a week after initial repair as the trolly jammed -my car headlight coincidently went out right after my appointment -my power washer which was being stored close to the door coincidently is now leaking oil -I found the broken spring piece and suspect that it was dropped, possibly hitting my car and power washer -hole in my dry wall -my gear needs replacing which was not mentioned during my appointment I also did not get a good feeling when the tech asked what I did for a living before he charged me for repairs. I also would have been happy to help and avoid any damage if I would have been asked. I get that I was an add on at the end of the day and the tech wanted to be done. But overall, not a good experience.

My garage door was not opening and closing right. I called Perscion Garage Door Service. This is my first time using them. Luke Dials arrived within an hour of my initial phone call. We called as an emergency situation on Saturday- cars in the garage and could not open auto or manual. Customer service responded with tech available in few hours. Within two hours the the tech text that he was on the way. Reviewed options/ cost for repairing (was very detailed and clear as to options) that could be completed in approximately two hours. Tech completed and reviewed what he did. Everything worked perfect. Would call this company again and recommend them.
