I have used Precision Door Service for years. ALWAYS happy with the prompt and knowledgable service. I had requested a general maintenance call for our garage door. Got a same day appointment. Brian and Dominic showed up right at the scheduled time. Both got right to work with general maintenance and adjustments. Was called out to the garage to explain what services and adjustments were made. I am very pleased with this company as Precision has NEVER tried to upsell me on services. They know what they are doing - get it done at the price quoted. Our garage door is now as quiet as a mouse, THANKS Brian and Diominic GREAT JOB!!!

I’d definitely recommend Precision Garage Door, especially their technician Jeffrey Powell-Jenkins. Jeffrey was great to work with, he explained everything in a way that actually made sense, didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need, and just kept things straightforward. Super easy to talk to and clearly knows what he’s doing. I actually called them after seeing their commercials, and they lived up to it. Overall, really solid experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Luke the technician was Fast, Professional, and Courteous. His workmanship is high quality. A year ago Precision Garage Door Service replaced opener, rollers and spring. 1 Year later... Free of charge, They warranty replaced one of the rollers. Additionally, lubricated the door hinges, rollers and rails.

We had great service from Vance yesterday, Feb. 26, 2026. I had found the garage door opened the previous day when neither of us had been out there, and the time and date on the inside opener were wrong. We discussed with Vance the possibilities of why that might happen and we stil don't know for sure, but I asked him to check everything out. He suggested two options including to lubricate the tracks, etc. which he did. He explained exactly what he proposed to do and the cost of both options. I really appreciate the quick response and working with Vance was a pleasure!

When our spring broke yesterday morning and the garage door company, I've used in the past was closed, the first company that came to mind was precision and their commercials where they say "fully stocked ready to rock" - so I called. The representative looked at the booking calendar and asked how about now for them to come out. Robert (and yes, he's in the commercial) showed up in a matter of 30 minutes and was done an hour later. New springs, stranded cable and bearings done. Precision is the real deal. I chose Precision Garage Doors because my door decided to quit working. I called them early AM ,actually had a real person on the phone to help me ,they had a technician out within an hour or so. Scott was the technician, a very courteous and knowledgeable young man. He went through everything then we went over findings together. There were choices but I choose to replace unit with new one. He had me back in business in 2 hours. He walked me through the operation of the unit making sure I understood everything. I would highly recommend these folks. Thanks Scott!

Precision is a great company to work with. The keypad for the garage door was not working. Brian and Vance arrived within a couple hours of my call, found the problem and got it working again. They also re-keyed the release mechanism, which was on my to-do list, and saved me the trouble and expense of a locksmith; plus, they were done in about 20 minutes. Highly recommend Precision and Brian and Vance in particular!

In the last year I have had three garage door repairs. The last one from Precision. There service was impeccable. Earlier mistakes by other companies were explained and fixed. I did not have to necessarily have all the recommended repairs done, but I chose to do so. The technician, Nicolas, was really great. He certainly knew what he was doing. The amazing thing was I called on a Saturday morning hoping to get an appointment the following Monday or Tuesday. I could hardly believe it when they were able to come out the same day. Without their repairs I could not get my car out of the garage. Precision, and in particular, Nicolas, will be my single garage door installer.

I called because my garage door opener was broken. They managed to send Sam, the repair person, out within 2 hours of my call. I was totally impressed. Sam determined my old opener was not repairable and he gave me 3 options for replacement. I picked one and he installed it within 2 hours. After he was finished, he went over the operation of the new opener and also synced in with my Mazda so I can operate it from my car. In all, I am total satisfied with the service I received. Sam did an excellent job and should be commended. This isn't my first experience with Precision and they will definitely be my choice in the future if I need more work done. Thanks
