In a couple of hours today Colby knocked out a compete hardware overhaul on my 40+ year old garage door. Glides like new! So easy to open by hand! Colby did a great job overhauling our 53 yr old wood door. Many worn out parts along with the broken spring. New parts are sealed bearing type with 5yr warranty on all work.

I have used Percision at all my homes and have always been more than satisfied with the service. This visit fixed a broken spring and cables on a very old system. They got it up and running like new. The tech was efficient and offered to inspect the other door system also.

Had never used your company before but but was drawn to you by TV commercials. Jason arrived within the 2 hour window I was given. He courteous and knowledgeable of my situation. Explained the repairs that should be made and suggested a new door opener along with the costs. I declined the new opener because of the cost. He made the other repairs and adjustments very quickly and left.

I was lucky enough to have a technician at my house the same day, 1.5 hours after I called. I had a spring break, but my spring, garage door opener and wheels were 20 years old, so I went with the Best option available with the longer warranty. I got new wheels, new springs, and a much quieter garage door opener. My technician, Jeffrey, was great to work with, he was fast and did an excellent job. Thanks!
