Our garage door spring broke. Ted from Precision was onsite within a few hours. Ted evaluated the situation and provided us with three options. Within two hours our garage door was back up and running with a 10 year warranty. Quick, knowledgeable, and thorough.

Brian was awesome! He was friendly and communicative. He knew what he was talking about. He was professional, thorough, he worked quickly and left everything clean. We could not have asked for more considering the circumstances. We were not expecting it, but we had to replace the entire garage door opener along with the springs, the rollers, and all of the corresponding parts. It was expensive, but we thought the quality was there and there was no pressure to do anything.
