We had an error code 4 to 6 and door didn't close and lights were flashing. Called for service and David Heath came as our tech. There was a loose wire causing the problem which had been missed through 2 previous calls. Wired had been taped together with black electrical tape which was not a good fix and ignored. He repaired with proper connectors and checked all the components in the alignment and brought back to new condition, including adjusting the spring which had been recently installed. It opens and closes now smoothly and silently which it has not before. Best service ever.

Our garage door spring broke in the morning. I went on-line and Precision popped up on a google search. I was able to easily schedule an appointment on-line. I picked later in the afternoon. Within 10 minutes of the start of the 2 hour window David your service technician called to give me a more precise time for his arrival, which was right in the middle of the two hour window. I received an automated message and then another phone call from David indicating his arrival would be within 15 minutes (still on the original timeframe he estimated in the earlier phone call). I was very impressed with the communication to let me know that you were aware of my appointment time and did everything to keep it and keep me in the loop. I haven't gotten that sort of communication from any other contractors/repairmen. As for the actual work, David was very friendly and competent. He provided three options to solve the problem. That is, minimum repair to get the broken spring repaired only, then two other options that replace some more moving parts and another that replace all moving parts of the door. The work was completed quickly and professionally. While I hope I don't need any garage door work in the near future, but if I do, I will certainly call Precision Garage Door and ask specifically for David!

contacted Precision on a late friday night our garage door programing was all out of sinc would not work. The representative Beau arrived 1 hour earlier than scheduled and arrived sat morning at 11. He was exceptional in all ways. helpful courteous, very knowledgeable and solved our problem in under 20 min. even did a safety inspection and located another area to watch. we would recommend Precision to anyone with concerns for their garage.

Our garage door spring broke about 4:00pm on a Wednesday with both cars stuck in the garage. I called several companies and either got an answering machine or they could not come for several days. When I called Precision Door Service, someone answered the phone, could schedule someone for the next morning and was able to give me a rough estimate of the repair. Beau was the technician who can the next morning and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, had the tools and parts, and completed the work quickly. It was very satisfying to get the work done so quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service to others and I would use them again.

I’d definitely recommend Precision Garage Door, especially their technician Jeffrey Powell-Jenkins. Jeffrey was great to work with, he explained everything in a way that actually made sense, didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need, and just kept things straightforward. Super easy to talk to and clearly knows what he’s doing. I actually called them after seeing their commercials, and they lived up to it. Overall, really solid experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Luke the technician was Fast, Professional, and Courteous. His workmanship is high quality. A year ago Precision Garage Door Service replaced opener, rollers and spring. 1 Year later... Free of charge, They warranty replaced one of the rollers. Additionally, lubricated the door hinges, rollers and rails.

Called late Saturday afternoon and a technician was at our home at 9:45 the next morning (on a Sunday) to fix the garage door. Technician (Brian) was very competent and professional; he quickly diagnosed multiple issues and fixed them all. Would definitely recommend this company!

Precision Garage Doors was able to give me a next day appointment, and on a Saturday. They don't charge a flat service fee. Scott, the tech who came out, listened to my concerns, then presented very clear options and their costs. I've already recommended Precision to my son for garage door.
