David Heath and Precision Garage Door Service deserve the absolute highest praise possible! This morning, David came out to look at my 30+ year-old garage door, which had been making terrible noises. Not only did he immediately diagnose and fix the noise issues, but he also waived the charge for the service call entirely. David took the time to explain exactly what was causing the racket and gave me an honest, clear breakdown of what to expect going forward. As an elderly woman living alone and surviving on a small monthly Social Security check, and in poor health, dealing with home repairs can be incredibly stressful and intimidating. David was an absolute angel. He was kind, gentle, professional, down-to-earth, and deeply compassionate. When I thanked him, he told me that we are a community, and every member of the community is important and needs to be cared for. It is so rare to find that level of genuine humanity and integrity in business today. If you want a company that brings expert skill alongside unmatched heart and character, call Precision and ask for David. They have earned a customer for life! Thank you, David, from the bottom of my heart, for your true kindness and for making me feel safe, valued, and looked after today. You are a wonderful blessing to our community.

Excellent service and communications of status. The crew of technicians that did the installation of the new garage doors did a great job and left the job site clean. There were a couple panels on the doors that had dents in them from the manufacturer, so the tech pointed them out and said they will be replaced as soon as the panels are available from the manufacturer. I find the honesty and communication of the issue and fix proof of the how Precision does business with their clients. We will definitely recommend Precision to our neighbors and friends.

Our garage door was randomly opening and closing. The repairman determined the circuit board in the opener was dead. He then presented several options for a new unit. He installed the new unit very quickly and professionally. He was also very nice. He did a great job of explaining everything he was suggesting we do. The unit we bought is very, very nice. The company sent someone out the same day we contacted them. Highly recommended.

Trey was my service technician and did a wonderful job from start to finish. My garage door had no maintenance done to it for over 15 years and needed all the moving parts replaced. It is now so much quieter and safer. He even left the can to oil the hinges and rollers every 6 mos. Trey was very prompt and efficient with everything being replaced in a couple hours. I highly recommend Trey and Precision.

My garage door had not had any maintenance for at least 15 yrs and was not able to close.Upon Trey’s recommendation many things were upgraded and replaced. My garage door is now much quieter and safe. Trey did an excellent job from beginning to end. He was a good communicator, prompt and efficient. I highly recommend Trey and Precision. I liked the 5 year warranty. The rollers, springs and cables were replaced and all hinges lubricated. And Trey gave me the lubricant to maintain the parts.

I am very pleased with Precision; from my call to make the appt to the service provided by Beau J. He arrived when he said he would, was polite and professional. He listened to my concerns, answered my myriad of questions, and thoroughly explained available options. After deciding on the option I wanted, Beau set about getting all the work done. I’m so excited to have a fully functional garage door opener and related improvements after opening/closing it manually for nearly 15 years! I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door.

Precision Garage Doors was able to give me a next day appointment, and on a Saturday. They don't charge a flat service fee. Scott, the tech who came out, listened to my concerns, then presented very clear options and their costs. I've already recommended Precision to my son for garage door.

We had an error code 4 to 6 and door didn't close and lights were flashing. Called for service and David Heath came as our tech. There was a loose wire causing the problem which had been missed through 2 previous calls. Wired had been taped together with black electrical tape which was not a good fix and ignored. He repaired with proper connectors and checked all the components in the alignment and brought back to new condition, including adjusting the spring which had been recently installed. It opens and closes now smoothly and silently which it has not before. Best service ever.
