Precision Door was prompt, courteous and a delight to work with. They answered their phones! Tech Nick Alby was knowledgeable, on time and made the repairs in a timely manner. He explained everything to me, took pictures so I would have all the info I would need to address the cause with my HOA. I was lucky enough to have a technician at my house the same day, 1.5 hours after I called. I had a spring break, but my spring, garage door opener and wheels were 20 years old, so I went with the Best option available with the longer warranty. I got new wheels, new springs, and a much quieter garage door opener. My technician, Jeffrey, was great to work with, he was fast and did an excellent job. Thanks!

Colby did a great job overhauling our 53 yr old wood door. Many worn out parts along with the broken spring. New parts are sealed bearing type with 5yr warranty on all work.
