Colby did a great job overhauling our 53 yr old wood door. Many worn out parts along with the broken spring. New parts are sealed bearing type with 5yr warranty on all work.

The technician, Matthew Bell, texted his ETA. Upon arrival he was friendly and professional and asking what the problem is. He then did his safety inspection and after explained what he found was wrong and what he had to do to fix it. He finished the repair a lot quicker than I expected.

We were having intermittent problems closing our garage door using the garage door opener. We tried to troubleshoot the problem by following instructions and videos on the door opener manufacturer’s website as well as doing an online chat with them, but couldn’t figure it out. Then we called Precision, who had originally installed both the door and the opener. They were able to send Chuck to our house within 30-60 minutes of our phone call! He asked questions about the issues we were having, checked various components of the door and opener, and made some adjustments. The door is now opening and closing properly. Two thumbs up! Communication was prompt and helpful from the first call, through updates about the tech’s arrival time, through the service visit. The tech, Scott, was friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained it well and fixed it promptly. James did a workmanlike install of 2 garage door openers, outside key pads and inside wall control pads. He explained my options and how everything worked and how to get the best use of the new install. Got my car blue tooth remote synced up. New belt drives are quiet, LED lights very nice. James got me a nice discount for doing both doors.
