Our garage door spring broke about 4:00pm on a Wednesday with both cars stuck in the garage. I called several companies and either got an answering machine or they could not come for several days. When I called Precision Door Service, someone answered the phone, could schedule someone for the next morning and was able to give me a rough estimate of the repair. Beau was the technician who can the next morning and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, had the tools and parts, and completed the work quickly. It was very satisfying to get the work done so quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service to others and I would use them again.

I have used Precision Door Service for years. ALWAYS happy with the prompt and knowledgable service. I had requested a general maintenance call for our garage door. Got a same day appointment. Brian and Dominic showed up right at the scheduled time. Both got right to work with general maintenance and adjustments. Was called out to the garage to explain what services and adjustments were made. I am very pleased with this company as Precision has NEVER tried to upsell me on services. I’d definitely recommend Precision Garage Door, especially their technician Jeffrey Powell-Jenkins. Jeffrey was great to work with, he explained everything in a way that actually made sense, didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need, and just kept things straightforward. Super easy to talk to and clearly knows what he’s doing. I actually called them after seeing their commercials, and they lived up to it. Overall, really solid experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Luke the technician was Fast, Professional, and Courteous. His workmanship is high quality. A year ago Precision Garage Door Service replaced opener, rollers and spring. 1 Year later... Free of charge, They warranty replaced one of the rollers. Additionally, lubricated the door hinges, rollers and rails.

We had great service from Vance yesterday, Feb. 26, 2026. I had found the garage door opened the previous day when neither of us had been out there, and the time and date on the inside opener were wrong. We discussed with Vance the possibilities of why that might happen and we stil don't know for sure, but I asked him to check everything out. He suggested two options including to lubricate the tracks, etc. which he did. He explained exactly what he proposed to do and the cost of both options. I really appreciate the quick response and working with Vance was a pleasure!

The spring on my garage door broke on a Saturday evening, trapping my car in the garage. I was able to call at 7:00 am Sunday morning for an appointment and a technician was at my house by 8:15 am. He did an excellent job and got it repaired. Very professional company and so easy to work with!

I was incredibly impressed with them. The initial consult lasted about an hour - with the rep answering every dumb question I had, while take detailed measurements. He had given me mockups with confirmed quotes before he left. I got another quote from a different (well known) local company - where the rep spent a total of (I kid you not) 6 minutes. They were offering a Home Depot brand door at a higher price than Precision! Install day with Precision went smooth. The installers made sure I was happy with everything and cleaned up everything. I cannot recommend going with Precision enough.
