I called because my garage door opener was broken. They managed to send Sam, the repair person, out within 2 hours of my call. I was totally impressed. Sam determined my old opener was not repairable and he gave me 3 options for replacement. I picked one and he installed it within 2 hours. After he was finished, he went over the operation of the new opener and also synced in with my Mazda so I can operate it from my car. In all, I am total satisfied with the service I received. Sam did an excellent job and should be commended. This isn't my first experience with Precision and they will definitely be my choice in the future if I need more work done. Thanks

My spring broke and Precision was able to come same day which was great. However, my garage broke in the down position which left a tight fit for work inside my garage. I replaced both springs per their advice, rollers, tightened chain, and greased everything up. Although it seemed to have gone well, I’ve found the following: -garage door stopped working a week after initial repair as the trolly jammed -my car headlight coincidently went out right after my appointment -my power washer which was being stored close to the door coincidently is now leaking oil -I found the broken spring piece and suspect that it was dropped, possibly hitting my car and power washer -hole in my dry wall -my gear needs replacing which was not mentioned during my appointment I also did not get a good feeling when the tech asked what I did for a living before he charged me for repairs. I also would have been happy to help and avoid any damage if I would have been asked. I get that I was an add on at the end of the day and the tech wanted to be done. But overall, not a good experience.

We called as an emergency situation on Saturday- cars in the garage and could not open auto or manual. Customer service responded with tech available in few hours. Within two hours the the tech text that he was on the way. Reviewed options/ cost for repairing (was very detailed and clear as to options) that could be completed in approximately two hours. Tech completed and reviewed what he did. Everything worked perfect. Would call this company again and recommend them.

Your technician removed wall board along the top and sides of the garage door. The studs and the gaps between them are now exposed allowing outside ambient air to flow into the garage. I will need to hire a contractor to replace the wall board that was removed in order to seal up the garage and restore the status quo ante. This will have to be done at some point in order to sell the house. I cannot recommend your company because of this.

On a late Sunday afternoon, I heard a loud crashing sound from within our garage. It turns out the coiled tension spring had snapped in two. I looked online and decided to book an appointment with Precision Garage Door Service. I was surprised to see that I was easily able to schedule an appointment for the very next morning between 10am and noon. The online scheduling was convenient and easy to use. The next morning, I was contacted via text at 930am and told my technician (Chuck) was on his way. Chuck was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly assessed our needed repairs as well as the overall condition of all components and provided us three estimates ranging from minimum repair to complete overhaul. Our house is 15 years old the garage door and components were all original. It shook, banged and vibrated every time it was opened and closed. But not anymore. It is now whisper quiet and no more vibrations. Once everything was installed and working, Chuck took time to explain how to operate and program everything, provided preventative maintenance tips and cleaned up afterward. I am impressed with Precision Garage Door Service, and I would not hesitate to call them again.

This is the second time I have used Precision Door Service. The first was to install a new garage door opener and second was to replace broken spring. In both cases, the tech was polite, on time and professional. Today, David repaired my broken spring. He was there in less than an hour after of my call. He spent time to explained everything. I had him add some new rollers and the entire job was complete very quick. He cleaned up after the job. My garage door is now fixed and quieter than ever ! Just like new!
