Very quick to schedule. Same day service, tech was on site within 1.5 hours of original call. Had all repairs done and working perfectly in about 2.5 hours. Broken spring repaired and old opener removed and new one installed. Very happy with end result.

I’d definitely recommend Precision Garage Door, especially their technician Jeffrey Powell-Jenkins. Jeffrey was great to work with, he explained everything in a way that actually made sense, didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need, and just kept things straightforward. Super easy to talk to and clearly knows what he’s doing. I actually called them after seeing their commercials, and they lived up to it. Overall, really solid experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Precision Door Service exceed my expectations. I called around 3pm on a Sunday after our garage door stopped working and they sent Robert to our house in less than one hour and our door was fixed before dinner. I called because my garage door opener was broken. They managed to send Sam, the repair person, out within 2 hours of my call. I was totally impressed. Sam determined my old opener was not repairable and he gave me 3 options for replacement. I picked one and he installed it within 2 hours. After he was finished, he went over the operation of the new opener and also synced in with my Mazda so I can operate it from my car. In all, I am total satisfied with the service I received. Sam did an excellent job and should be commended. This isn't my first experience with Precision and they will definitely be my choice in the future if I need more work done. Thanks
