This was the first time I have used Precision. It was easy to make an appointment and Jeffery arrived early, which was great. He was very friendly and efficient. He replaced the springs and bearings on my garage door and made sure everything was in good working order before he left.

Paul visited us today to discuss our garage door needs. He made some very astute observations about its workings and was very honest in his evaluation of our garage door needs. My wife, Debbi, and I were very appreciative of his honest assessment of how our garage door worked, and what it needed to function properly. They have as a motto that they are "a neighborly company" and Paul exhibited that with his genuinely friendly and courteous service. Two thumbs up! Communication was prompt and helpful from the first call, through updates about the tech’s arrival time, through the service visit. The tech, Scott, was friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained it well and fixed it promptly. It’s a hassle when your garage door quits, but the repair with Precision was smooth and affordable.

Our garage door spring broke on Saturday afternoon. Jacob arrived on time at 10:00 AM Sunday morning. He replaced the broken spring and other parts, check all points and serviced other door components. Also replaced light bulbs and programmed a remote controller. Excellent work.

We have used Precision doors twice, and both times they were absolutely brilliant. The technicians were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They replaced our garage door and opener 5 years ago, and we were impressed at how much quieter the model they selected was over the original one installed by the builders. The best part was it was half the price! So when one of the door springs broke the other day, Precisions doors were the only company we considered calling. It was a Sunday afternoon and they scheduled a technician to come out the next day, which was amazing service. Brian, the technician identified the issue, serviced the system, and got it fixed and over hauled in an hour! He did a great job and I would definitely recommend using him at Precision doors. They are our go to for all garage door issues!

Jason Davenport completed the repair. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing for the door. He not only fixed the wiring problems but also tightened all the screws and lubricated all around. The door looked brand new when he was done. He ran a few test openings to confirm it was working very well. And, he was even able to arrive a little early which worked well for me.

I appreciate Precision because they arrived less than 3 hours after I called them (another company wouldn't commit until the following day) and the repairman, David, was just excellent. He talked about all the issues, very patiently, so that I felt very satisfied with what he did and the outcome. I would, without hesitation, recommend Precision to anyone else with garage door problems!
