Luke Dials was the representative that came to my house to assess why the garage door made so much noise when opening & closing. He has the right personality and skills: he really listened to the concerns of me as a customer, and to provide the solutions needed. Both are highly valued by me. Our garage door failed yesterday am…after checking around and reading reviews and trying to check prices on repairs….We called Precision Door about 4:00 pm yesterday….they scheduled a tech for 8am to 10:00 am today…Luke Dials the technician called us at 7:45 said he was going to be here in 15 minutes & was here exactly at 8:00! He did a review and estimate of the repairs needed in about 15 minutes and gave us 3 different options based on our needs and wants… we chose the more extreme of the 3 options….for a very fair price!….he had everything he needed to complete the work and was literally done in just over two hours! The door is working great! I am extremely happy with Precision Door! And the professional work of their company and especially with the technician they sent Luke!

Easy scheduling via PGDS web site, with quick response times and reasonable appointment windows available. Notified prior to arrival and as as job progressed. Assessed problems and given options for repair. Tech was very courteous and professional. Repair completed same day in less than expected time with better than expected results. Only down side is that it was more expensive than I had anticipated.

Luke came to our house right on time. He quickly assessed our problem (our garage door wouldn't open). He explained what was happening, gave us some options to choose from for repair, and the cost of each option. The hardware in our garage for opening the doors was from 1968, when our house was built. We could understand why things weren't working any longer. Luke was able to replace the moving parts of the hardware and transition the old system to a new system that is much quieter, much safer, and also was able to bring the garage doors lower the the ground. In a matter of a few hours the work was done. Luke also tweeked our garage door system so lights would automatically come on when we open the doors. No more driving into a dark space once your headlights go off. All in all, a very good outcome and we were very happy with our interactions with Luke.
