Free of charge, They warranty replaced one of the rollers. Additionally, lubricated the door hinges, rollers and rails.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The office manager/ receptionist who handled my initial phone call was friendly, professional, and made the process incredibly seamless. Their TV advertisement is 100% spot on! They do offer same-day service! I made my phone call at 2:10 pm on Friday afternoon and by 3:45, Luke (service technician) pulled into my driveway. Very impressive! He was knowledgeable, professional, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my garage door. Everything is now working perfectly. Luke was top notch and the difference was night and day! Luke showed and explained the reason things failed and suggested a solution that keep our charming mid-century garage doors, but corrected and updated all of the moving parts and adjusted the sensors to keep everyone safer. Now, instead of sounding like a freight train is running through our garage when opening and closing, the door action is so smooth that it's nearly silent. We had a new opener, spring, and related hardware installed last January and wanted to have it inspected and adjusted prior to Winter. We were able to get an appointment the same day we called and our tech was great about keeping us informed as to the time he would be on site. The service was excellent as he adjusted the spring tension, opener arm, and lubricated all the necessary fittings. We were really appreciative that Luke answered all our questions and explained what adjustment were made and why. We couldn't have asked for more.

Luke Dials was the representative that came to my house to assess why the garage door made so much noise when opening & closing. He has the right personality and skills: he really listened to the concerns of me as a customer, and to provide the solutions needed. Both are highly valued by me. He did a complete repair (lubricating the door) and then took the time to do a deep dive explanation of all aspects of the door, remotes, keypads, and gave me an explained my job to keep the door 'greased'....now I am better informed and understand what makes the door operate correctly. Our garage door failed yesterday am…after checking around and reading reviews and trying to check prices on repairs….We called Precision Door about 4:00 pm yesterday….they scheduled a tech for 8am to 10:00 am today…Luke Dials the technician called us at 7:45 said he was going to be here in 15 minutes & was here exactly at 8:00! He did a review and estimate of the repairs needed in about 15 minutes and gave us 3 different options based on our needs and wants… we chose the more extreme of the 3 options….for a very fair price!….he had everything he needed to complete the work and was literally done in just over two hours! The door is working great! I am extremely happy with Precision Door! And the professional work of their company and especially with the technician they sent Luke!
