Wasted my time! Didn't do the work. Tried to up sell me on various parts that were working fine. Suggested changing parts that have many years left in them. Just wanted a spring replacement at the original price quoted. Up sell was 3 times higher! Then said he couldn't do the work because I rent the home which should have been disclosed at the time of booking. Will never use or recommend this company. Bait and switch!

Brian and Ben came to take a look at my two garage doors today. They explained some different options and were able to fix both doors while they were there. I didn't need to replace the doors themselves which I was very glad to hear. The Tech showed up on time and did a quick review. The estimate was $100 less then an estimate I received a year ago from another company. He also said that the garage door spring (over 15 years old) should be replaced. Low pressure and the total estimate for the two jobs (spring replacement and new rollers) was $550 after a $50 on the spot discount for being a new customer. All work was completed within an hour. The tech was very friendly and the cost reasonable. Highly recommend.

Absolutely great experience from the online scheduling tool to Colby the technician. His great communication skills to his attention to detail, I am very highly pleased. He did a complete overhaul of the OHD system and explained the quality of the parts used that allows their 10 year warranty. Springs, rollers, bearings and cables were all replaced. He worked efficiently and was a very pleasant fellow to work with. I highly recommend Precision.

Very prompt service response. Booked on line at 2:30 PM and Jackson arrived by 3:30 PM. He explained our options for the repairs needed gave us 4 options. Explained the options thoroughly and then let us decide with no pressure. Told the total cost of all options and how long it would take. We picked the option that was best for our needs.
