The counterweight coil spring on my door broke on July 4 unexpectedly after nine years of constant use. I called Sunday AM and a technician from Precision was there within an hour and a half. Vance thoroughly examined the equipment and informed me of everything he was going to do, and proceeded to do it with excellence. He completed the work in a short amount of time and the door operates better than it ever has. I am so impressed with how thorough Vance did the work

We needed to replace the rubber seal on the bottom of the garage door. Initial contact response with Precision was quick, polite, informative, and encouraging. The technician, Jackson, was competent, knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. The seal was replaced and we also paid for a check and lube on the door. We also got some helpful information about replacing the opener and eventually the whole door. Though a little pricy, we thought the quality of the service merited it. We contacted them because we heard them mentioned on OPB as a sponsor, meaning they care about the community, which we appreciate.

Our door opener (over 31 years old) failed abruptly. A tech came to our house the day we cslled and evaluated the problem. The opener was replaced the following day by the same person, who was courteous, engaging and professional throughout The door has operated as desired ever since. Can't think of anything negative to say.

Joe I was awesome. Showed up on time was very thorough in his explanation and troubleshooting. Sold us the higher end garage door opener. I would say he installed it in record time. He answered every one of my questions. He “schlepted”all the old parts away. Left the garage nice and clean, and explained any troubleshooting that I might have. He also helped me set up the app, On my phone. He is highly recommended in my book. I see the commercials every day on TV. This is why I wanted to get a second opinion precision doors was the second opinion and we went with them so they become highly recommended. Awesome job Joe much appreciated.

Dear Precision Door Service Precision Garage door does not disappoint when it comes to customer service. I called Brad Blocker and he put me in touch with Scott Kern the technician who would be coming out to fix my door. Scott sent me a picture of himself and the time he would be coming to my house. This I found very reassuring due to the fact that I would be aware of who was representing Precision for the appointment. Scott Kern called and introduced himself informed me he was at anther job and would be at my house by five o'clock to fix my garage door. Scott was right on time and with in 20 min the door was fixed my garage door opener now works, both springs on the door were replaced and my garage door is working properly again. This was done same day the garage door went down with a big bang. In this day an age I find that customer service is lacking in so many industries but I now know that Precision Garage Door Service holds a standard of excellent service and understanding of customers needs. Scott Kern is a very good representative of your company he was kind, courteous and even remembered working on my brothers garage door. Thank you Precision Garage door Service for taking such good care of a vey happy customer.

I picked them because their name came to mind from advertising. I had to change my sppointb3 times and the girl on the phone was more than helpful and was able to get me on the schedule today. She was so nice and I was embarrassed that I changed it so often and she assured me it was no issue. Vance was very professional. Explained 5 different options to me with no pressure to buy anything, I chose the 20 year plan and he was so good about explaining everything he did in great detail. Very personable. I would give your phone servíce and Vance both 10 stars if I could. I’d be happy to recommend your services to others. Hopefully I’m good for quite awhile but will call again if needed.

Great experience from beginning to end! Paul, the salesman was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. William, the installer was on-time, very professional and did a very craftsman like installation. When the door installation was complete, I told William I planned on installing the door opener myself and he volunteered to install it for us! This level of customer service is rare and very much appreciated. I cannot recommend Precision highly enough!

Thank you to Precision for your prompt service to fix our garage door. I was so appreciative for same day service. A technician arrived to my house within 20 mins of my call and they are the only local company that is actually open on weekends with an added bonus, they won't upcharge for weekend repairs! When Beau, the technician, arrived, he was so kind and courteous. He answered my questions and thoroughly explained all the components of the repairs needed. He also offered me a teacher discount on my service. He was done within 2 hrs which included warm conversation, configuring an estimate, performing the actual repair and cleanup. I would definitely use Precision for any future garage door repairs or upgrades.

We always have a great experience with Precision Garage Door. They installed our door a few years and the interior door opener button recently stopped working. They were able to come out the day after I called and easily diagnosed the problem. It was fixed that same day.
