I called and one of them to do a tuneup and when David got here, he pointed out right away. I had a broken spring and actually showed me the other issues with my garage door. Worn bearings On both sides anda bent rod and a worn center bearing. Give me a great price and was very knowledgeable and super friendly and explained everything before I okayed the work. I would definitely recommend and I will always use precision door or any of my garage door needs. And hopefully if I ever need them again, they would be my service technician. 5 stars across the board!

Our technician, David, showed up about five minutes early for our appointment. He Recognize the problem right away, Offered And explained to us three choices To remedy the problem, And got right to work. He not only replaced springs and bearings. He also switched the sensors around so that the sun wouldn’t blind our sensor during the summer. I will always use this company in the future. The 5-Star rating shown on their website is well deserved.

I was very surprised to book online and have a technician to my house within 3 hours. Beau was extremely professional and nice to talk to. He did not try to upsell me on anything, but did explain average life on certain items and our system far out passed that. I thought I was only going to get springs replaced, but knowing the rest of the system was 27 years old, we bit the bullet and upgraded. I was very shocked and surprised at the price, but I hope that covers the next 27 years and so on. Again, Beau was great to work with and he did a great job with installation and explaining everything to us.

the repair person was timely and perform the replacement of the broken spring. Because the garage door is 20+ years old we had the rollers replaced and new cable/drums. We notice that there was some popping from the wheels after a few days and I noticed issues with the cable and drums. I called Precision to have them look at the issue under warranty, they sent a person out and the issue is corrected.

We had a garage door opener replacement installed. Brandon was personable, and professional. He explained all of our options. When he was finished, he synced our vehicles and demonstrated all of the new functions. The new opener is SO quiet. 10/10 would recommend.

I would like to start with the reason for a 4 star. In reality they got a 5. But I was taught always leave room for improvement and reach for the stars so to speak lol. But really5. Scott and Ryan were superior service. Very polite. They explained everything very well. :). They didn't seem like people just about the money. They seemed to enjoy helping others. I feel like people often put aside reviews wether it's just put aside or forgot,time restrictions or just pure laziness... I mean let's be serious. ;) but they were worth it. Thanks always Vernholm family.
