William, the installer was on-time, very professional and did a very craftsman like installation. When the door installation was complete, I told William I planned on installing the door opener myself and he volunteered to install it for us! From the start of when the salesperson came to the house, to the installation of the garage door, the service was fantastic. I could not have asked for better service from Precision Door. Eric the salesperson, was very helpful, he was not pushy or trying to do high pressure selling. He explain in detail what I was asking about, the differences, the cost, etc. He arrived on time checked out the problem I was having with the door, very informative in regards to differences in garage doors. he thoroughly covered the cost and we set an appointment for the door to be installed. William was the installer, he was very proficient, on time explained what he would be doing and checked the existing door. He was very polite, courteous, worked very efficiently..after the installed door was complete he explained things in regards to the remotes, the motor unit. He removed the old door and swept out the garage area where he had been working--fantastic job. He too was on time and finished in a timely manner. If anyone asked if I would recommend Precision Garage Door, I most certainly would.. From the first phone call to have someone come out and give me an estimate to the complete install they were all great.

He explained my options, From the initial consultation to installation was only a week and one-half. The technician who did the installation was wonderful. I’m so pleased. This was a really great experience from beginning to end for us. We had a consult which went over what they would do for replacing our garage door and a solid estimate on parts, labor, and the project time to get the new door installed. From start to finish it was smooth. The install tech was courtesy and kept us informed on his approximate arrival. He explained what he would be working on and the time it should take. After install, he walked through some of the basic maintenance and made sure all was working to our satisfaction and the area was clean. We live in a townhome complex with HOA, so they wanted to make sure replacing the door was okay. As the homeowner, we did that checking and they matched up as close as possible to the neighbors' doors. The process was great; the door is working great and their interest in making sure we got what we need for repair/replacement lived up to what we expected and what they can do!

Their repair techs replaced 2 panels in one of our new doors, which were damaged during the original installation. It took the service guy 20 minutes, start to finish, to swap out the two panels. However, it took the company nearly a year to get around to doing it. Overall, though, I still gave them a 5-star rating for customer service, price competitiveness, and effort to be the go-to garage door vendor in the PNW!
