I had called 2 others, but no one answered. I had a loud squeaking noise as the door moved up and down. Trey came on time and did a safety check and said the moving parts of the door were worn and needed to be replaced. He also checked the garage opener and said there was some wear on it, but I didn't want to replace it as it was newer than the door and rails. He was very professional and did a quick and good complete job. I'm very happy with the service and his knowledge. Very quick response to come and fix my broken springs and cables! Car was stuck in garage, and I was out by the end of the day. I went ahead and purchased a new motor as well and I love it so much! My technician was very professional, friendly and hard-working. Thank you!

Gabe did a great job with our garage door , changing out our rollers , cables , and spring . No more squealing while opening and closing the door ! He fixed it all in about an hour and a half , and was very professional with his work ethic . A+..... thank you Gabe !!

I called Precision on a Friday spoke to Christy who was very pleasant and professional. Explained our situation and how we weren’t sure if we needed new garage doors or to just have an opener installed. She set up an appointment with Paul for the following Monday. Paul arrived at 10am and after looking over our doors, he assured us the doors were actually in great shape and should hold up for many more years, so we decided to proceed with checking out having just a door opener installed. Paul said he would call the office as soon as he left and they could set up a time for an inspection with technician. Within 5 mins of Paul leaving, I received a call from Christy, who had just got a call from Paul and said she could send their technician Brian out our way same day at 2pm, if that would work for us? Brian arrived on time and after doing a thorough inspection and discussing some options, we decided to go ahead with having the door opener installed. He said he keeps his truck loaded with supplies so lo and behold, he was prepared to do the job right then if we wanted him to proceed. What a pleasant surprise. You bet we were ready! After completing the job, he took the time to show us everything he did and answer all of our questions. Everything was wrapped up by 4pm and we could not have asked for better service. From Christy on the phones, to Paul’s helpful ideas, to the quick response and arrival of the very competent, efficient and friendly Brian completing the work. What a great team~and great company. I highly recommend any and all from Precision Garage Door! Thank you Brian for sharing your knowledge and really helping us understand the process.

Loved the service. Problem resolved very quickly and enjoy service person David Pla. I had problems with your call center The person kept telling me I did not purchase the system in August 2012. But made an appointment for David to come out. David assured me I did purchase it after I provided a copy of the contract I received at the time of installation and my payment.

Super Great experience today. Door broke today and Precision was able to get here on the same day! Luke and Brandon were awesome, professional, curteous, explained the problems and proceeded to fix them all in the same day with parts available. The guys came last minute and fixed my springs and installed a new garage door opener. Very nice walked me through the new garage door opener. Luke was super nice. He said once i get my in car garage remote fixed give him a call and he will walk me through setting it up.

I received excellent service and pricing. I selected Precision because I had just seen an ad on TV. They worked with me to get the price at a level I could afford and I really appreciated that. They were here the next morning and quickly finished the repair. They also provided an inspection and estimate so I can have additional work done when I can afford it. I will definitely use them for any repair needs I have and recommend them to my family & friends. I would rate them a 5+

I found Precision at the Home & Garden Show, made an appointment and Victor came out. My garage door hadn't been worked on for 35 years, Victor did a absolutely awesome job. He worked study for 4-5 hours and was very honest with me. Thank You, my garage door works beautifully.

My job required the old garage door to be taken down and a new one put up with a new opener. The job was probably more difficult than usual, as the door to be taken down was a single piece and didn't open. Brian showed up early, assessed the situation, and handled the job himself, very professionally. Additionally, there was nothing straight/square about my garage and presented unusual challenges. We lucked-out as your business card was on our garage wall next ot the opener switches when we bought our home last October. The technician was excellent! Ten-minute warning call before showing up right on time, quality installation, complete clean-up, set-up all the functions on our new controller, consise "training" on how to use our new opener, and very polite - couldn't be better. The only way our experence could have been better - "You are our 1,000,000 customer - the opener and installation is FREE!!" OK, so I'm a dreamer.................
