I called at 6 PM Thursday night, and had a tech here at 8:30 Friday morning. Brad was absolutely wonderful!! He was professional, kind, explained everything well and was done within 3 hours. He left our garage exactly how he found it which was much appreciated! He worked around all the projects going on in the garage with no complaints. We have Marantec Garage Door Opener, with a lifetime warranty and Precision no longer sells their product. Almost once a year we have problems and it will not close or reverses itself when we think it closed only to find it open in the middle of the night. Today it was simply a loose wire in the terminal of the head unit. Stan was prepared to replace the head unit (for the second time) under the Marantec warranty. The last service call was about a month ago and the loose wire was not discovered. While we disagree slightly on the lifetime warranty coverage, Precision has been out promptly (usually same or next day), courteous and Stan Prosser the owner has even given our problem his personal attention. I would give five stars but for the number of calls and difference of opinion on labor coverage. Stan is a gentleman and a good businessman. He is very good to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision, but not the Marantec brand of opener. Precision has also gone above and beyond in the warranty service for the garage door itself. With this in mind, I just added the fifth star!

Just got my 2 springs replaced! The original springs I had broke after about 7 years of use. I replaced them through a contractor from Home Depot(shouldn't have). Those springs lasted less than 2 years!!! Springs were basically JUNK! *****Precision Door Service***** 5 STARS for sure Amazing people from the agent on the phone to the technicians that came to the house. Amazing service - The 2 technicians that came to the house knew every aspect of the garage door mechanisms. Not just the torsion springs, they were clear about explaining door balance, pulleys, rollers, cables, and how everything is supposed to function together. Simple things, but make a big difference if not done with Precision!! The door opening and closing never sounded quieter and smoother. The price I was quoted over the phone is what I ended up paying. Thank you, sorry I forgot your names, but you know who you are... If garage problems ever come up in a conversation I will for sure mention your company and my experience.

When we arrived home last night the garage door would not open. When we looked inside the garage we found a large broken spring and some loose cables. The broken spring made it impossible to open the door either with the opener or manually. I called Precision on Monday morning and they scheduled a noon appointment. They gave me a quote for 3 options and then they did an excellent job installing a new spring and cables right then. All completed by 2pm. I highly recommend them.

Brad came on time same day as my first call for a new garage door opener. Brad gave me a couple options and installed new opener and pad in a couple hours. He showed me how to use everything and to code optional remotes. Travis was learning and was a nice guy too! Very professional and I would for sure use Precision again! My new opener is so quiet and runs smooth!!

I had a broken door hinge to be replaced. Brad, the technician who arrived was very knowledgeable and professional and replaced not only the broken part but also investigated and diagnosed and fixed the root problem with the door installation that was causing the stress on the hinge in the first place. This is the 2nd house that we needed to replace the door, opener, keypad and remotes. The estimator is very professional, well prepared and provided all options and quickly answered all my questions. The installation appointment was very soon, and the installer was very efficient. I missing component was quickly delivered to the house, barely affecting the installation time. I've used Precision in the past and was very happy with their service. They also have excellent ratings on Angies List. I called to set up a service appointment for a broken garage door. I was happily able to get an appointment the same day. I received a phone call when they were on their way. The two techs were very professional and pleasant. They inspected the door and determined the issues. They were very clear with the issues and gave me choices as to the level of service that I would like. The charge seemed appropriate for the parts that were replaced and the time that it took. I will definitely use them again in the future for any other issues and I will highly recommend them to others.
