We just had an issue yesterday with our garage door that’s almost 30 years old. We called for an appointment, and first off much to our surprise they had an opening for that afternoon. Of course we said yes to that! The technician that came out Jeffery was first very nice, we started telling him what happened… and right away he said he'd look at it to see if he could fix it rather than a replace it. We feel like most places would go automatically to replace it for the money aspect of it all. He checked everything over for the safety end of it.,..told us he could fix the door itself. He then figured three different prices for us. He had a good, better, best prices, and what would be done on each one. We choose the one we felt was best for us, and he did a fantastic job! He was not only patient with us asking question's of him, but left everything clean, and showed us what to do in the future to maintain a good working system! This was the first time we’ve used precision door, but definitely not the last!! Thank you again Jeffery!! Ken & Peggy K

We’ve used them before and we’re not surprised by the top level of service we were provided... But Luke was Amasing, professional, courteous, COVID conches and just all around Amasing! On Christmas night as the family was leaving we( our garage door) broke a spring ... alarmed by what it was going to cost... we called precision back... Luke made the whole process fast, we'll done, and in my opinion affordable, even adding in some warranty work that we weren’t aware we had! An overhead door spring broke Saturday afternoon on a heavy, 16x7, insulated metal door. I called several companies from Angie's List, but Precision was the only one that would fix the spring on Saturday. Based on Ed's inspection of the 20-yr old door, both springs, center bearings, all rollers, cables and cable drums were replaced. He re-aligned one of the rails and balanced the door, allowing the opener to operate with greater ease. Ed is professional, easy to talk with, who did a great job in less than 2 hours. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anybody.

Brian came to repair our 18 year-old Genie Door Opener and he gave us the option to upgrade to a brand-new chain-drive opener that is super quiet. My wife and I decided to spend the extra money and upgrade to a new opener. Brian was very polite and knowledgeable. He worked fast and had it done very quickly. Plus he saved us money by pointing out the coupon on your website. It was his 3rd installation of the day, but there was no complaints. Brian has a great personality to sell you a $600 product. Plus I was impressed with the satelite doo-hickey thing that prints the credit card receipt. Pretty high tech! You guys really know your stuff. Last time you came, it was 7 years ago, so your work lasts a long time. I'm glad I called Precision. Make sure you always put a business card on the wall right next to the control on the wall. And make sure you don't over-schedule Brian when the Trailblazers are playing on T.V.!!
