Our door hardware broke on a long Holiday weekend, no matter though - Precision was there within minutes for the repair. The tech was as good as it gets! He explained everything, gave us repair options, had all the needed parts in his rig, and got to work pronto. Cannot recommend Precision highly enough!

Pleased is not enough to say about the quick repair service for a broken spring on a Labor day Sunday. Nicholas arrived within two hours after I found the door spring on my Clopay door had broken. I had a single spring system on a double door. I read online that a single spring is not recommended for a door that is that heavy (170#). Without mentioning that to Nicholas, he said the same thing. After this second failure in 15 years I agreed. He rebuilt the entire system with standard two springs and aligned everything also installed new quiet rollers. Super qualified installer that takes pride in his work. Much appreciated. Thanks!

Precision is very highly rated with a lot of positive reviews, they were also the best price for the work that I thought I needed done. I am eighty years old and use a walker. It was Sunday afternoon and my garage door was stuck in the open position. I called Precision and Nicholas arrived within half an hour. He cleaned off the laser eye, checked springs, rollars, lubrication. As we were reviewing the work. he heard the beeping of a smoke alarm,tracked it down and disarmed the worn out battery-which I will replace. 3 stars because you responded quickly. The attendant was courteous and blamed my phone for the issue. The door often goes back up after coming down. We sweep as advised. This time the attendant found that there seemed to be be movement that could cause the problem. He attempted to fix it. He was in the truck about to leave and it went back up. Came back, also had fixed the clickers which will be helpful. Just frustrating. The door had worked then didn’t. Not the first time to have a tech come out.
