My garage door broke on a Sunday, I contacted Precision on Monday, and by Tuesday it was was completely fixed. Nicholas was prompt and professional. His inspection was thorough and he walked me through all my options. And now my garage door is like brand new. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

Nick was amazing. I needed extra garage door openers for everyone that we have coming and going, and we had a bolt that would occasionally come loose and we would have to re-screw it into place. Nick came out, same day, I got 2 new openers - he programmed them, he added an additional nut to keep the other nut from coming loose, AND he helped to set up the App on my phone and make sure that homelink wasn’t available on any of our vehicles so he could help to program those as well. Very thorough, super friendly service. Could not recommend highly enough :)

In the last year I have had three garage door repairs. The last one from Precision. There service was impeccable. Earlier mistakes by other companies were explained and fixed. I did not have to necessarily have all the recommended repairs done, but I chose to do so. The technician, Nicolas, was really great. He certainly knew what he was doing. The amazing thing was I called on a Saturday morning hoping to get an appointment the following Monday or Tuesday. I could hardly believe it when they were able to come out the same day. Without their repairs I could not get my car out of the garage. Precision, and in particular, Nicolas, will be my single garage door installer.

My garage door spring broke today. When it called I told the person who schedules that my cars were in the garage and I could not get them out. She scheduled Nicholas to come between 12-2pm. Shortly Nicholas called and said, he had finished the job he was working on and said, he could come right over. He gave me a number of options to fix my door. Did the work in a timely manner. We checked to make sure everything was working properly. He gave me his card and said, to call him if I had any issues. My garage door openers had stopped working, even when I replaced a battery so I knew I needed to call someone. I had remembered advertisements for Precision door and gave them a call. They were able to get me an appointment with a technician within a couple hours. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. It turned out that my unit was 30 years old and had "died". Pleased is not enough to say about the quick repair service for a broken spring on a Labor day Sunday. Nicholas arrived within two hours after I found the door spring on my Clopay door had broken. I had a single spring system on a double door. I read online that a single spring is not recommended for a door that is that heavy (170#). Without mentioning that to Nicholas, he said the same thing. After this second failure in 15 years I agreed. He rebuilt the entire system with standard two springs and aligned everything also installed new quiet rollers. Super qualified installer that takes pride in his work. Much appreciated. Thanks!
