I cannot express how amazing my experience has been. Although the actual work will be completed next week this whole experience has been amazing. I literally drove out of my garage with my hatch open and ripped my garage door off its hinges damaging most of it. Eric arrived within two hours of this happening. He not only surveyed the damage and put together a quote he helped me get it back on the rails enough to get it closed and secured it with a screwdriver. My quote came within two hours and I was estatic at the price. New garage door and new opener right around $1900. I thought it was going to be like 4000. Excellent company, excellent customer service, came to my rescue. You need to hire this company. You won’t be disappointed!! Nancy

One of my springs broke on my 3 1/2 year old home. Eric was my technician. Eric was very respectful and professional. He quickly assessed the problem and then talked about options and cost. He not only installed the new springs, but he fixed the issues that came with a poorly installed door. He also added a handle to the garage in case I needed to open it manually. Then he helped me understand how to open the garage manually. He even gave me a garage door opener to replace the one my son took when he moved out.

Quick response from Precision. Great repair man in Eric. Eric was on time and very professional. Besides replacing both springs on my door, he recommended new rollers and end bearings which were pretty worn out. And could have contributed to the spring on my door failing besides the age of them. Eric was the technician that installed my cable driven garage door opener. I chose Precision because they installed my double wide garage door opener 9 years ago. Eric was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained the installation so it was understandable to me. My garage door came down onto the cars bumper which messed up the door closing. I called at 8 AM and with in the hour there was a technician at my house. They made a suggestion that I replaced my old rollers. It was a no brainer to have my old rollers replaced. The price included the service call and adjustments. I saved over two dollars and my door is the quietest it’s ever been.
