I contacted Precision Garage Door to inspect my door and all parts associated with the mechanical operation of the door. I was advised a service technician would contact me later that day and advise when he would be out to inspect the door. Andrew Del Fava, service technician, called me and stated he would be at my house at 2:00PM. Andrew arrived about 20 minutes early and greeted me with a smile. I cannot express enough how courteous and professional Andrew was. He answered all of my questions in a manner that was easy to understand and provided me with three options regarding my door. He explained three options in detail and when I asked when he could schedule an appointment to complete the option I selected, he stated he could do it right now. Needless to say, I was overwhelmed. I advised Andrew I was not under any timeline and did not want him to have to start a job and not finish until after his normal quitting time. He stated he would have the job done by 5:00PM or maybe a little after. At 4:40PM he advised me he was done. He showed me everything he did and answered all of my questions in a professional and understanding fashion. On a rating of 1 to 10 I give Andrew a 15. His attitude, professionalism, demeanor is without question at the top of the scale. If all service personnel had his attitude and approach to doing business a homeowner would be more than satisfied with whatever the technician was requested to do. Andrew is a great asset to Precision Garage Door Service, and they are fortunate to have him represent their company. Thank you Andrew for your visit, attitude, professionalism you displayed. I called to make the appointment at nearly 9pm for service the next morning. Received a text with the technician's name about 30 minutes prior to the time of the appointment and a call shortly after that. Trey was on time, pleasant and knowledgeable. Gave me some choices on repair, got approval and did the repairs in the estimated time of about an hour. We confirmed the garage door operated properly. Very happy with the work. We had a 20 year old garage motor and all the other parts were probably just as old. The spring had split and the cables snapped so we needed it fixed ASAP. The customer service rep was great in getting me set up with a tech. They were quick and came by in about 30 minutes. Nick, the technician, was incredible. He got the work done and done right. I never knew that a garage door could be so silent!

In my 43 years of life, I’ve only taken the time once before to write a positive review for a business. I had a door installed 3 years ago from precision and noticed an issue this morning that was of concern. I called around 11am to request service and the kind and professional woman I spoke to informed me that she could have someone to come repair it within a few hours. David Heath arrived right on time, was very professional, polite and thorough in the work provided. When I asked for the bill, David informed me that precision stands by their warranty and today’s visit would cost me nothing. I’m very impressed with the business model of this company and the level of “customer first” service they offer. Ten stars!

Excellent service. Same day service for a garage door that had many issues. The springs, rollers, sensors, and even the motor were in need of replacement. Brian was very informative: told me all the issues that he saw that were creating my garage door problems. I requested tuneup and maintenance on my 2018 double garage door. Joe arrived and told me my door was in good shape. He asked if I would like new springs installed, as they were 7 years old. He told me they were good now, and it was my decision. I chose to have new springs installed. I purchased a new remote to replace one of my 30-year old remotes. Joe is very personable and did a great job. I was impressed by the service I received.
