My garage door had a broken spring. My car was parked inside. I needed to fix it quick. I called Precision Garage Door Services and had an appointment early the next day. Shawn came on time. He thoroughly inspected the garage door and gave some options to fix the broken spring and get my garage door working better. He explained in detail all the steps. Today, my garage door would not close and I was in a panic. I could not figure out how to manually close and Google was no help. I called Precision Door Service and spoke to a live person within one minute. They sent Sean C. out with a window in the afternoon but he was running early and was there before I knew it. This is a good thing, since I had to sit out in the garage and wait. He was extremely kind and professional. He diagnosed the issue within minutes and had it fixed in less than an hour. I have had some less than positive experiences with repairmen and such so I wasn't expecting such an amazing experience. This company is the real deal. Repair price was reasonable as well. He let me know that my garage door opener was getting old, but should last me a little longer. I can assure any reader of this review, that I am 100% calling upon this company to replace it when it's time. I cannot sing their praises any louder!!! Kudos to such a well run and helpful business!!!!

I called early today to make appt and was surprised that they could come the same day. Then I got another call there was an opening now. Joe came out, very nice young man. Our tech guy was awesome ! Explained everything !! I saw the Precision Door van in my neighborhood. I called others but they quoted $100 just to come to the house. I felt that kind of charge just screamed “we don’t want your business”. Where else would my garage door be if not at my house ?! Very happy for $20 coupon and only $50 to visit the house.

I googled Precision, and read some nice reviews. I called to make an appointment, and was able to get one for the very next day. I felt that Joe really showed integrity in being truthful about what was needed with my garage door opener. He didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t need. Joe (and apprentice Tim) did a thorough job, and now I have a garage door that opens and closes quietly and efficiently. Thank you for sending such kind and hard working folks to my home. Quick response from Precision. Great repair man in Eric. Eric was on time and very professional. Besides replacing both springs on my door, he recommended new rollers and end bearings which were pretty worn out. And could have contributed to the spring on my door failing besides the age of them. My service technician was Luke Dials. He was fantastic! He basically fixed a job that was done incorrectly by another company. He was very friendly and very informative about my garage door. What a positive experience! We'd been putting off the repair call because it just seemed like it was going to be a hassle and expensive--turns out it was neither! It was easy to schedule an appointment and Travis came out on time and was thoroughly professional and courteous during the entire visit. He fixed what immediately needed fixing and provided a clear estimate for potential future repairs without any pressure or heavy sales tactics. It was fast, easy, affordable and we are very pleased.
