I had made multiple appointments for quotes but I was very impressed with professionalism and very transparent communication and pricing so decided to have Robert install a replacement opener and spring system while he was there, along with a few other items that needed replacement. He stayed and made sure my app was setup and I understood how to use the system. Much appreciated, as you can imagine. Now I have to cancel the other company’s appointment, not a bad problem to have.

What great service! I called around 5PM and was given an appointment for the following morning. Technician Joe both texted and called about 20 minutes before arrival. Excellent service. Same day service for a garage door that had many issues. The springs, rollers, sensors, and even the motor were in need of replacement. Brian was very informative: told me all the issues that he saw that were creating my garage door problems. He showed me how all the replaced parts worked and how and where to lube the garage door to prevent future problems. Brian had Nick worked together and were professional, courteous, and efficient. They got all the necessary things that needed to be fixed done.

My old garage door wasn’t working, so I requested a consultation. Precision promptly scheduled an appointment with a technician. He explained my options, From the initial consultation to installation was only a week and one-half. The technician who did the installation was wonderful. I’m so pleased. The new door is beautiful and adds a lot of curb appeal. Here are before and after photos. The new door has decorative windows across the top.

I requested tuneup and maintenance on my 2018 double garage door. Joe arrived and told me my door was in good shape. He asked if I would like new springs installed, as they were 7 years old. He told me they were good now, and it was my decision. I chose to have new springs installed. I purchased a new remote to replace one of my 30-year old remotes. Joe is very personable and did a great job. I was impressed by the service I received.
