Precision Garage door exceeded my expectations! After a break-in, I needed same-day service to replace garage door key pads and clickers. Marcus called me on his way to provide an estimate of arrival. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and provided prompt and thorough service. They installed the door 8 yrs ago and have serviced it periodically since. Noticed a clunking noise and called. Next day response. Diagnosed the issue with a bearing plate. Had the plates in the service truck. 1 hour later a satisfied customer. Door works smooth as silk.
