Hunter was our technician. He was very professional, and I was impressed with his knowledge. He explained everything he did and made sure I didn't have any questions before he left plus, he took all the old parts away. I would recommend this company for all needs with a garage door opener.

After seeing your ad on TV, it reminded me of all the garage door companies that had come to fix a problem but were unsuccessful. I called Precision and got an appointment for the next day. The representatives were wonderful. They listened and answered all my question. They found the problem and I am now so happy and appreciative - 200% satisfied. I would recommend to my friends, neighbors and to any new customer that Precision be considered first choice in garage door repairs.

Hunter (tech) came to my home and reprogrammed my opener due to some random frequency issue. Friendliest guy ever. Explained my issue after the fix and even gave me new remotes as the ones I had weren’t working properly. I highly recommend Precision.

Setting up an non-urgent appointment was easy with good availability, clear pricing, and professional services. Hunter came for diagnostics and came up with an evaluation and proposed solutions in what felt like less than half an hour. He was also equipped to fix the issue right then and there, which only took an additional 1.5 hrs. I appreciated his professionalism and friendliness. I received their info from a friend who did some price shopping, and we both agreed that Precision appeared to have the most seamless system from start to finish. Their pricing and hardware reflect a premium using newer models (consider replacement part availability for years down the line), but if you're looking to properly invest in your home, it's worth it.

Precision Door's technician Hunter was extremely thorough and descriptive about what he would recommend, what he would do, and why it was necessary, if it was necessary. Very trust worthy technician. Overall a great experience and the garage doors are silent, smooth and secure.
