Our Tension spring broke in half on Saturday and we were unable to open the garage door. The following Monday it was completely fixed for a reasonable price. Hunter was the technician that fixed our door, he was friendly, efficient and went above and beyond. We have had many same day cancellations during the pandemic from companies doing appliance repairs, etc which left us in a bad spot for weeks at a time. This company definitely cares about their customers and I highly recommend them.

My call started with Kim. She was courteous and professional. Got me scheduled same day and let me know Hunter was tech. Hunter called to let me know arrival window and showed up in the window. He diagnosed the problem, offered solution and suggested improvements without a hard sell. I upgraded based upon his presentation and knowledge. He fixed the problem, went extra to program a remote and educated me on home maintenance, pointing out the training videos on the companies website. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and reflected well on the company. I was relieved to have same day service at a reasonable price with some education thrown in. Highly recommend this company and it’s standards.

I was able to get the appointment right away. Hunter came to my house within an hour of calling precision door service. He was very courteous. He didn't mind putting a mask on my request. Much appreciated. He gave me detailed breakdown of what happened and what needs to be done to fix it with few options to choose from. Service rep arrived on time and diagnosed our problem within about 10 minutes. Our doors are over 20 years old and one door had been bent slightly creating bang when opening or closing. Noted the damaged panel needed to be replaced or the door needed replacement. An alternative solution was to add a hinge at the damaged area which solved our problem. Our only other solution would have been to replace all doors in order to have the exterior match as we could not get matching exterior pattern today.

We where very impressed by the quick, courteous and efficient service. Your timing was perfect. We were told that you’d show up between 1 & 3 PM. Your technicians were here at 12:30! They did a safety review of our current equipment and explained the options available to fix our problems. Not only did they instal the necessary equipment on the door that needed repair, they corrected an issue on the other door! The repairs were completed and everything is now working with Precision. They cleaned up after the work was complete and hauled away the broken parts. When they left our garage was cleaner than they found it!
