Great communication & service from Precision & Hunter who was on time/professional & very informative. Hunter gave me several options as far as “fixing” my opener or purchasing a new one (no hard sell)! I would definitely recommend Precision- they saved the day!! Thanks Hunter ???? Mary

We where very impressed by the quick, courteous and efficient service. Your timing was perfect. We were told that you’d show up between 1 & 3 PM. Your technicians were here at 12:30! They did a safety review of our current equipment and explained the options available to fix our problems. Not only did they instal the necessary equipment on the door that needed repair, they corrected an issue on the other door! The repairs were completed and everything is now working with Precision. They cleaned up after the work was complete and hauled away the broken parts. When they left our garage was cleaner than they found it!

Our Tension spring broke in half on Saturday and we were unable to open the garage door. The following Monday it was completely fixed for a reasonable price. Hunter was the technician that fixed our door, he was friendly, efficient and went above and beyond. We have had many same day cancellations during the pandemic from companies doing appliance repairs, etc which left us in a bad spot for weeks at a time. This company definitely cares about their customers and I highly recommend them.

Precision is honest and considerate of our time and money. They came out the same day we called and repaired a very old garage door that others would not repair. We will definitely use them when ordering our new garage doors. Thank you for incredible customer service.

My call started with Kim. She was courteous and professional. Got me scheduled same day and let me know Hunter was tech. Hunter called to let me know arrival window and showed up in the window. He diagnosed the problem, offered solution and suggested improvements without a hard sell. I upgraded based upon his presentation and knowledge. He fixed the problem, went extra to program a remote and educated me on home maintenance, pointing out the training videos on the companies website. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and reflected well on the company. I was relieved to have same day service at a reasonable price with some education thrown in. Highly recommend this company and it’s standards.

Hunter was on time, did a thorough assessment of the door, checked remotes and made a couple of suggestions for a future visit. He was courteous and didn’t try to strong arm me into buying something I couldn’t afford. Kudos to efficiency and integrity. I will call again.

WOW! From the time my phone call was answered until Hunter drove out our driveway, this has to be the best company I’ve ever worked with. Extremely fast response time, (on Thanksgiving eve) on time, called before arrival, Hunter was very professional, courteous, gave me an exact price before starting and installed the new spring mechanism on the spot. The doors never been so quiet and smooth. You will definitely be impressed with their customer service! Karl L PS, Hunter loves dogs...

I was able to get the appointment right away. Hunter came to my house within an hour of calling precision door service. He was very courteous. He didn't mind putting a mask on my request. Much appreciated. He gave me detailed breakdown of what happened and what needs to be done to fix it with few options to choose from. After choosing the option he went at it and fixed the problem very quickly. It was nice to have Hunter fixing my garage door. Highly recommended.

Even though they were later than they expected due events out of their control, they stayed in touch to make sure the new times would work for us. On arrival, they quickly fixed the problem and also left estimates for potential future use should we need them to fix pending problems with our doors.

I saw your ad in The Home Mag and then went to your website. I liked all of the 5 star reviews so I called and you were able to come out that same day to repair our broken garage door. Hunter did an excellent job of installing two new openers! He was personable, efficient and knowledgeable and went through everything with us. He even programmed our cars to the openers! I highly recommend your company!

Service rep arrived on time and diagnosed our problem within about 10 minutes. Our doors are over 20 years old and one door had been bent slightly creating bang when opening or closing. Noted the damaged panel needed to be replaced or the door needed replacement. An alternative solution was to add a hinge at the damaged area which solved our problem. Our only other solution would have been to replace all doors in order to have the exterior match as we could not get matching exterior pattern today.
