I have been in my West Hills home in Portland for 43 years. I have always used Precision Doors for all my garage door issue. This steel garage door will be my second with Precision Doors. When you call for maintenance they are responsive friendly and reasonably priced.

Yes I have an issue with my garage door opener. I call precision and they come over the next morning and took care of it. It was under warranty as well. The issue was fix within 30min. Thank you very much for taking care of your customer so well. I do recommend precision to anyone.

Called Sat evening. Door wouldnt close at all. Couldn't get out til Monday. I advised operator that my door would be open for two nights and uncomfortable with that. She put me on hold, came back, could come out next day (Sunday). Business operator called back Sunday, employee ill, couldn't make it. Would come Monday. Called back 10 mins later, changed appt back to Sunday again betwn 12pm-2pm and waived service call of $95 for my inconvenience! Tech called when he was on the way. Showed up on time. Spent an hr repairing for a temp fix. Needed new door. Quoted price. Explained the problem. Door is now operable. Set appt for new door. Showed me how to lubricate the door. Great customer service from beginning to end. Repair/time/materials $225. I took some busn cards. Will be recommending this company to everyone! It's nice to know that exceptional customer service still exists! Awesome!!!

Your salesman did the most comprehensive measuring job to begin with. Your installer called with an ETA and completed his job very nicely. The new door looks good. Too bad my neighbors block my garage, because I wont see the outside very often. Good job to Precision Door Service!

We had an issue with our new garage door installation. Our garage has low clearance so it was not a typical installation. Our issue was that one of the rollers left the track frequently. The first tech who came out didn't solve the problem. I called in again and they scheduled a senior tech to come take a look. CJ showed up and took a *lot* of time analyzing the problem and got everything squared away. 5 stars for CJ but only 4 overall since there was an initial issue that wasn't resolved with the first follow up. Having said that, I would recommend this company.

We selected a Carriage House cedar door to replace an ordinary one painted the color of our house. Since the garage dominates the view of the house from the street, we felt like having a classy door would do more than anything else to improve the curb appeal. It worked - and the new door exceeds our wildest expectations. The staff at Precision recommended a painter to stain the door - Eric Hernanz. He did a beautiful job, carefully matching the color to the mahogany deck and fence. The installation was fast and efficient, and the door works perfectly. The only minor issue was a longer than expected delay in getting it all finished - apparently due to the shipping time from the manufacturer. But it was worth the wait. We highly recommend Precision for replacement doors.

Highly recommend this company. We purchased new garage door & opener. We worked with 2 technicians. Technician Luke explained pro's & con's of repair vs replace. Ultimately we choose replace. Technician CJ installed the new door & opener. Both were on time, very polite and thoroughly knowledgeable about their products. CJ gave very thorough operating instructions and helped with programming keypad. Thank you Precision for such excellent service!

The door looks great. The team came when expected, installed the door and opener and hauled away the 1964 original door. Now I have a new door and opener with remotes and sensors so no animals and grandchildren are injured. Joe did a good job of quickly analyzing the problem with the door. He replaced the small part to allow the opener to work again and fixed one of the loose rollers on the side. Then we discussed options for new door since mine is a 1985 wood door with original hardware. Joe provided me with a variety of options for improvement of the existing garage door or the option of getting a new garage door. I have selected a new door to be installed in the near future.
