Called them because their website said that they answer the phones 24/7 and can be out to the house quickly. Called them on Thursday night because the garage door spring broke and they were here Friday morning to fix it. The system was very old and they inspected it before they started working and made suggestions on other things that could be updated, showing us the problems and why they were making those suggestions. Ended up replacing more parts, but now the system will last for many more years, has a great warranty, and we won't have to call them out again next year. The employees were great, on time, and made sure to keep us updated on when they would arrive. We didn't feel pressured to make the other changes they suggested and it was a great service visit.

I cannot thank you enough for repairing our garage door within 12 hours of my call..as well as Nick kindly and patiently answering all of my questions and explaining everything to me in detail. The cost was fair and Nick went over everything with me ahead of time. I will absolutely be a returning customer ... please consider offering a tip line when paying by card. Hunter gave me the bad news that he did not have the part needed for the repair and it probably was not available because of the age of the opener (24 years). He told me what brands they carried. He was very knowledgeable about the pluses a minis of each and of the different types. Chain, screw, belt, ect. So far very pleased with the purchase liftmaster 8550 weld So many upgrades from the old one (screw) liftmaster. And it is much quieter.
