Hunter gave me the bad news that he did not have the part needed for the repair and it probably was not available because of the age of the opener (24 years). He told me what brands they carried. He was very knowledgeable about the pluses a minis of each and of the different types. Chain, screw, belt, ect. So far very pleased with the purchase liftmaster 8550 weld So many upgrades from the old one (screw) liftmaster. And it is much quieter.

Joe was very helpful and friendly. Our original call was for a broken part on our garage door opener. We decided after 15 years for a new opener, there was no pressure to buy, he also gave us a price to fix the existing one. Product is wonderful and the service was amazing. Highly recommended!
