We reviewed the spring that had broken over night, then he pointed out, in detail, the other elements of the system that were—due to their age—likely to fail in the near future. It was a quick and worthwhile education on the subject. I opted to upgrade everthing. Andrew went right to work and had the job completed within a few hours. He also, incidentally, helped us get my wife’s car clear of the garage, in order that she could get to work on time. Excellent So glad I made the initial call..my noisy door ended up with a damaged bracket that was about to cause me to get a new door...and possibly car damage if the door fell. He quickly spotted the damaged bracket and how to fix it. Since the doors motor was also over 20 years old he provided me with options to consider. Two hours later my door quietly hums safely up and down.

I contacted Precision Garage Door to inspect my door and all parts associated with the mechanical operation of the door. I was advised a service technician would contact me later that day and advise when he would be out to inspect the door. Andrew Del Fava, service technician, called me and stated he would be at my house at 2:00PM. Andrew arrived about 20 minutes early and greeted me with a smile. I cannot express enough how courteous and professional Andrew was. He answered all of my questions in a manner that was easy to understand and provided me with three options regarding my door. He explained three options in detail and when I asked when he could schedule an appointment to complete the option I selected, he stated he could do it right now. Needless to say, I was overwhelmed. I advised Andrew I was not under any timeline and did not want him to have to start a job and not finish until after his normal quitting time. He stated he would have the job done by 5:00PM or maybe a little after. At 4:40PM he advised me he was done. He showed me everything he did and answered all of my questions in a professional and understanding fashion. On a rating of 1 to 10 I give Andrew a 15. His attitude, professionalism, demeanor is without question at the top of the scale. If all service personnel had his attitude and approach to doing business a homeowner would be more than satisfied with whatever the technician was requested to do. Andrew is a great asset to Precision Garage Door Service, and they are fortunate to have him represent their company. Thank you Andrew for your visit, attitude, professionalism you displayed. Booked my appointment one day ahead. The next day Andrew Del Fava came to service our door that had been neglected since it's install over ten years ago. Needless to say it made fingernails on a chalkboard sound beautiful. Not to be deterred, Andrew did an amazing job and got our door to almost hum, an amazing transformation! Andrew was great from start to finish. He called in advance with his ETA. Upon arrival he explained that he would take 20 minutes to fully examine the whole system. After his review he showed pictures of where my opener was either broken or damaged. He then gave me 3 written estimates from bandaid to complete fix. He didn’t pressure me at all. I chose the complete repair and he stayed overtime to complete the job. If I could give 6 stars I would.
