To say I’m impressed with Precision Garage Door is a huge understatement! They helped my parents who have health problems and are on a fixed income. The door needed to be replaced. Cody Moss came out and met with my father, and gifted him with their “Pay it Forward” program which knocked nearly 75% off the cost of the door replacement! They also installed a door opener he received as a gift, but it hadn’t been installed yet. I had to do some repairs to prep the door frame for the install, and Cody, Alvin and Marco came back and Marco quickly got the new door and opener installed within a few days after the repair was complete. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to all those involved in making this possible for my parents. Cody was amazing to work with, and made himself available whenever we had a question or concern. Thank you to Cody, Marco, Alvin and everyone else at Precision Garage Door who made this possible!!

Within less than 20 minutes he fixed the issues. In addition, he recommended that we had the 30-year-old rollers replaced. He was able to do the replacement quickly as well. On time (actually early), efficient and professional service provided by Technician Joe Iga. He has provided routine maintenance service in the past and communicates well. I have never used any other service of this nature.

Brian and Bryan did a great job today, repairing our garage door. The retention springs broke, and Brian determined that the proper springs were not installed. They also found our cables were severely worn as well. The door has never operated as well as it does after Precision performed the proper upgrades! They provide a great warranty package and stand behind their work. I was able to go online over the weekend and select the time and date that worked for me, and they arrived right on time! I highly recommend Precision for any Garage door repair or replacement!

Brandon came out early and got my garage door working great. He changed the rollers and the spring, reprogramed my outside remote and programmed my 2nd remote so I didn’t have to move the first one from one car to my other car. He was totally professional and made my door open and close a lot quieter.
