Called Precision when the spring broke on my garage. They gave me a quote over the phone when I called and had me scheduled within minutes, and then someone was at my house within in hour! They sent confirmation immediately and provided details (and picture) about the technician. The technician (Scott) was super nice, communicative, and efficient. They stayed true to the quoted rate. Super impressed with the level of service provided by Joe and Precision! I used the online chat feature to schedule my appt which was so convenient; nice to not have to make a phone call!
