Beau, the technician, showed up on schedule and was very professional and personable. We ended up having him conduct a major hardware retrofit and replacing the garage door opener. He completed the work this morning; so far, so good. And the opener is much quieter than the old one, which is important because it is right below our home's guest bedroom.
