Our spring broke around 7pm on Friday night. We called around 7:30 am Saturday and Joe was at our house by 10:30am. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us 3 options and we ended up going with not only new springs but also a new opener as we had been talking about replacing ours since it was 18 years old. Joe helped get all the remotes and keyless pad programmed plus showed me how to control it from my phone. He did a great job, was quick, thorough and efficient. We would absolutely recommend Precision and Joe.

Joe was great he called half an hour before he got here to make sure I was ready for him. When he got here he gave me three options to choose from. I picked the option I wanted and he was done with the work within an hour. Joe was easy to talk to you very personable, and wasn’t bothered by my dog Stella jumping on him. Joe was great.

I literally called for a service 2 hours ago. Joe drove here, completed the basic service on 18 year old door, made the necessary tune-ups, added a surge protector and was kind enough to not only listen to an additional request to look at a future door but complete a quote for options inside that same 2 hour window! I would highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs. They were able to get me into their schedule the next morning. The technician was very courteous in keeping me informed as to when he would arrive within the service window; he provided me with multiple options for my repair needs and clearly exampled each option without pressure to upgrade. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and my garage door works like new again.

I had Precision replace broken springs and motor three years ago, and I called to ask for a check of a noisy door and intermittent failure of the openers. Joe arrived just when he said he would, and he quickly found that our problems were caused by a couple of my DUH lapses: blocked sensor lights, and dry hinges. He quickly fixed those, and he showed me what I needed to do to prevent them from recurring. Very friendly, helpful, and professional service.
