We had an overhaul on our garage door, including new cables. Our tech was very nice and easy to work with. However, our bill was $1085 which was somewhat shocking. After reviewing several other garage door companies, we feel like that was far more than what we should’ve been charged. We also found out the position is a commission based company. We would not call on them again as we feel that their prices are at least double other companies.

After deciding to call Precision Garage Door because of their BBB rating on line, the telephone receptionist was pleasant and scheduled an on-site appointment for me with a technician the next day, and Colby showed up on time, was capable, efficient, and a pleasure to discuss my options to repair my garage door. After making a thorough inspection of the garage door assembly, Colby effectively installed new high torsion door springs, torsion tube, and rollers. Andrew was great from start to finish. He called in advance with his ETA. Upon arrival he explained that he would take 20 minutes to fully examine the whole system. After his review he showed pictures of where my opener was either broken or damaged. He then gave me 3 written estimates from bandaid to complete fix. He didn’t pressure me at all. I chose the complete repair and he stayed overtime to complete the job. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The office manager/ receptionist who handled my initial phone call was friendly, professional, and made the process incredibly seamless. Their TV advertisement is 100% spot on! They do offer same-day service! I made my phone call at 2:10 pm on Friday afternoon and by 3:45, Luke (service technician) pulled into my driveway. Very impressive! He was knowledgeable, professional, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my garage door. Everything is now working perfectly. Great customer service, fast response time and excellent work. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone garage door repair service!

What a great experience with this company and their technician David Heath! I’d spent quite a bit of money buying a new insulated overhead garage door with another company. The door looks great but made a horrible grinding noise, for over a year. I paid to have this other company come out to fix the noise but they couldn’t. I was told, “That’s just the way it’s going to be.” Out of desperation, I called Precision, and they had David there within 24 hours. It took him less than 15 mins to properly lube my door and make the noise STOP! He showed me how to lube it myself if I wanted to, and he left me the can. I now have a quiet, correctly working garage door. I will be asking David to come back!

Jackson came to resolve some issues another company left un-resolved. It was apparent Precision Garage Door Service trains their people properly to resolve any issues that you may face. I was so impressed with their service I also had them replace my older garage openers with new side mount openers. When they were finished all of the original issues were resolved and the doors ran quietly and efficiently. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Of course the garage door breaks on a Sunday morning. Made an online appointment for the same day, and the tech was there is about 90 minutes. Springs were replaced, new key pad and additional remotes programmed within another 90 minutes. Robert was friendly and professional. Excellent experience!

I’d highly recommend Precision Door Services. They live up to their TV ads with professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Brian was my repair technician. He was professional, and polite and went over all my options to fix the door as well as replace old worn parts. I chose to take care of additional items beyond just the broken parts for peace of mind and to avoid any other issues in the near future. Brian had all parts replaced and the door working again within the 2 hour work window that was scheduled. I appreciated that his work van was stocked well and he could fix everything with one visit. When Brian was finished he went over annual maintenance to keep the door operating at peak performance. Much appreciated!

I have used Precision on a few occasions now. The latest was for an issue I was having with the wall mounted garage door opener. I called and got an appointment for the next day. The technician got here and took a look and had it resolved in 15 minutes and let me know what he had done and he also did some other checks to make sure everything looked good. Great customer service and I would highly recommend them.

I called Precision because my garage opener clicker was glitching and I wanted to be proactive and what a great decision! David Heath came out and talked new garage door openers. Who knew what an interesting subject. Ultimately I decided, due to the age of my current opener (2008), I wanted to upgrade to a new opener. David went to work. Within an hour I had a new space age Liftmaster installed with two new clickers, keypad, and garage opener button; and bonus it has a camera. David tested and confirmed all were in working order and then explained everything to me. I didn't start my day thinking I would be getting a new fancy garage door opener, but here we are. Super efficient and quiet opener and I would totally recommend Precision Garage Door Service and David
