Our garage door springs broke as we were about to leave for vacation. I called Precision and they were able to get us in early the next day. Jason our tech was amazing! He showed up early, had excellent communication, educated us on the multiple issues we had. We opted to get a whole new door opener, springs, hardware. (Our old garage opener was 21 years old and we have an oversized garage door.) We were extremely impressed and have already referred a neighbor to Precision.

Thanks for sending Brian to do the install at our home. I knew of Precision from local advertising and an excellent review. I called around 4:30pm on a Thursday and they came the next day. The technician was professional and very knowledgeable. The repairs were done in a very timely manner and a very good cleanup was done. There was also a 10 year warranty for my repair.

We have used Precision Door Service before, and when our garage door opener stopped working, they were the Company we trusted to install a new opener. Our technician was Marcus and he was GREAT. He discussed the options available for a new unit and helped us make an informed decision. Once the new opener was installed, he made sure we understood how to program and use the keypads and car remotes. This is definitely a Company we feel comfortable referring others to.

This was my second experience with Precision Door. One of my springs broke yesterday and was under warranty from years ago. Precision sent their man this morning to get me patched up, not even 24 hours after my call. Sean was very knowledgeable and efficient. I called Precision because my garage opener clicker was glitching and I wanted to be proactive and what a great decision! David Heath came out and talked new garage door openers. Who knew what an interesting subject. Ultimately I decided, due to the age of my current opener (2008), I wanted to upgrade to a new opener. David went to work. Within an hour I had a new space age Liftmaster installed with two new clickers, keypad, and garage opener button; and bonus it has a camera. David tested and confirmed all were in working order and then explained everything to me. I didn't start my day thinking I would be getting a new fancy garage door opener, but here we are. Super efficient and quiet opener and I would totally recommend Precision Garage Door Service and David
